Every stop that doesnt use the heel break damages the wheels.... But depending on wheel quality, hardness and how often you turn your wheels they can still oast pretty long....
They are really good tie them like you would hockey skates (If you don’t play hockey just pull as hard as possible on every single lace) (two at a time and push your foot down as you pull) make sure to check the sizing guide though as they are different

Absolutely not. Scissor stance is by far more stable. Its not like you can't put your feet together but its absolutely not necessary and in most situations beeing in scissor stance even when breaking is by far preferable so you will less likely get stuck or stumble because of cracks and stones....
The C turn is so important, you can also C turn into a slide which lets you come to an immediate stop
Even if i do one of them i wouldn't be surprised when i wake up in heaven 💀
