So far, That song is a signature for Lani. No one here in the Philippunes dares to sing that song and give it due justice, aside from Lani herself. she left her imprint and spirit in that song. Thanks Wale and Efra for featuring Lani Masalucha's concert in the U.S. She is one of the most talented living musical artists of the Philippines; she is already a legend. I truly admire and adore her. She makes our country proud. Several years ago, she had the privilege to hold a long-running show in Las Vegas like well-known artists like Celine Dion etc. 😮❤

Yes, she is one of the few singers that not can only sing very well in pop but opera trained as well. I used to sing with her in a choir in Makati back then and remembered she use to practice lying down with her arms and legs in a crouched position. Not sure if she practice like that all the time, but singing in that position is hard while hitting the high notes.

You need to watch her old performances. Truly an extraordinary performer. That's the reason why there are too many great singers in the Philippines because of them. Together with Jaya, Regine, Sharon, Garry V., Ogie Alcasid and Janno. Their performances feels like going to concerts and operas back in the day. They set the bar to high to be a singer here in the Philippines.

back in 2016, I went back to PH for a holiday and she had a show at Robinson’s Galleria (one of the malls in PH), and they were practising before the big performance, mind you she was only in jeans at the time before they get ready for the big performance and this was at a make shift stage. so during soundcheck, she had sang with mic and without. bruhhhh, the one without the mic? you could hear from end to end of the mall. outstanding!
