    I did not think that there would be so much insecurity. It's alright to lose to a girl, especially a well trained one. Most trained men can beat most trained women, but even then that is not always the case and that is ok. Let us just be happy to know that our wives, mothers, sisters, etc. are able to defend themselves against some men with proper training.

    • @pablosoto5199

      @Cristian Ivanescu you forget that there are very masculine, athletic women and very fragile, low testosterone men.
      A man will not always beat a woman due to the same training. Most will though.

    Hilarious to see the comments. As a coach myself, we get these dudes in all the time. Against a smaller woman, they generally gas out then get tapped. I can count on one hand where an untrained male has beat a trained female - when striking was included and they got a punch in that was straight lucky. Never seen it in grappling though.

    • @anon2427
      @anon2427 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      When striking is included it’s no competition. We just saw Clarissa shields get knocked down by a nobody who was holding back. I’m sure BJJ is different (i do boxing and kickboxing/Muay Thai) but in stand up the differential isn’t even close. Look up the Clarissa shields video, or look up “black belt female vs untrained male” video. With really good technique and athleticism it is possibly for a woman to defeat a man when a ruleset is there to protect the fighters, at least it seems that way in BJJ since grappling is not as natural a fighting style as stand up.

  • @Pragabond
    @Pragabond 5 ปีที่แล้ว +98

    Can this raging comment section just agree the better, more tactical, and wise fighter can absolutely win. No sane person is going to argue that a woman is able to keep up with a man as far as physical strength goes given the same level of training. But there's plenty of techniques that allow you to use your opponent's strength against you and plenty of times when pure technique outweighs strength. I don't see all you people on videos of a smaller guy beating a dude who outweighs him 50-100lbs screeching that if the bigger guy didn't hold back he would've broke them. It's possible to beat someone who is far, far stronger than you through sheer skill and application of proper techniques and strategy. Its not that hard to understand. If you're physically weaker than you're opponent you don't win by trying to match their strength. You win by keeping distance, countering, subterfuge, and using holds that amplify your strength and overcomes theirs.

      It mentions “MMA” which this is clearly not. It also refers to this guy as an “athletic” male, which he’s not and isn’t even the main point of me pointing that out lol.
      Pointing out the difference in sex IS what makes the topic annoying. I’m a specialist when it come to reality and don’t need, “female beats male” blah blah or who IS or isn’t athletic. Just show some fucking technique and be done with it. 🤘😇🙏

Whether u believe it or not but I'd engaged in a serious fight few years ago so i can better tell u fighting on the street nd fighting in karate class or in the ring is totally different nd when it comes to facing a angry man who just wanna tear u apart you become colder! Generally if a lady stuck in this situation doesn't matter how strong she is she will scream for help but a man don't call anyone n face this situation until people interfere nd help him. I don't know you're a guy or girl just try it on same heights man nd woman (common people) tell em to punch a punching bag as hard as they can u will find ur answer man hits harder than woman! Same thing apply in boxing, martial arts nd some other combat sports nd when scientifically it's proved male's bones, muscles has always been bigger nd stronger than female it's not all of a sudden it's been through a huge process we called human evolution nd mostly it's common in other animals! However a woman has her other physical advantages like more flexibility strong leg muscles nd mental concentration however when it's about decision making nd risk taking women afraid nd feel nervous. One last thing I gotta say I'm not interested in such a man vs woman bullshit my only purpose was to say to video uploaders don't give people shits if u don't have any real fight videos it's not just like a man friendly play a boxing match/ wrestling with a Lady nd he lose to her sorry it doesn't prove anything.

    So many bad-faith lame-ass males in these comments. What I mean by bad faith is guys who try to keep switching rules and logic in order to hate on a trained BJJ female.
    If you're going to be consistent, first answer: (a) no rules apply or (b) rules apply.
    If (a) no rules apply, then sure a bigger male beats a smaller female 9 times out of 10. But then admit that a bigger male beats a smaller male, and a bigger female beats a smaller male at least half the time if not more often. And anyone with a gun beats most other people.
    If (b) rules apply, then go by the rules and stop making excuses like "if he were trained" or "if it were a street fight" etc. etc. Go back to (a) and stop pretending to argue (b).
    Speaking of (b) check this video where a 150-lb BJJ expert puts on a clinic vs a 250-pound bodybuilder.
    th-cam.com/video/ea0IzY_3YqE/w-d-xo.html
    250lb BODYBUILDER VS 150LB JIU-JITSU WORLD CHAMPION-GUY MEZGER GYM-TEXAS-BJJ MATHEUS GABRIEL
    OK, now that rules are covered, the next lame arguments are about (c) trained or (d) not trained.
    The title of the video clearly states that the match was to show a TRAINED female vs and UNTRAINED male. Yet so many comments about "with a little training he could beat her" so pretending argument (d) but switching to argument (c).
    It's almost like guys arguing like this don't want to consider the actual video in front of them but instead prefer to imagine some other video.
    To address the training argument, check this video of Pedro Sauer (150 lbs) vs Lance Bachelor (250 lbs).
    150lb BJJ expert beats 250lb body builder, size doesn't make up for skill
    www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/1rpbae/150lb_bjj_expert_beats_250lb_body_builder_size/
    Sure, not every mismatch is going to end in a David vs Goliath victory. But instead of trying to reduce these things to nitpicking female fighters in bad faith, why not applaud them for taking some control of their ability to at least have a chance should, God forbid, a man should attack them?

      Never never never? How can you be sure if you don't know how long she's been training? If she's only been training a year or so, or hasn't reached her potential, there is no telling how many trained men she could beat. I grew up in gyms. There were so many women you didn't look at as women but fighters. Because on any given day... All 115 pounds of them could hurt a 170 pound trained male.

    • @nicolasortiz5534
      @nicolasortiz5534 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @Seamus Donaghy I don't think it's controversial. It's just that in the world of fighting from my experience many things are possible. I grew up watching women that we're 115 giving guys that were 220 a rough time lol. That changed my mind on a lot of things, and made me even more competive at the time lol. Obviously their are weight limits for a reason and mathematically speaking the odds are in the favor of the male ( that is equally trained) untrained don't hold a candle to gifted trained fighter.
      Never judge the fighting spirit "trained" can fall under many categories. If one has a lot more experience, skill, and discipline in their training, then sex falls to the wayside. Some of the best fighters aren't as physically gifted as their opponent's.
      My comment was in reference to another comment saying the women would "never" "ever" "ever" "ever" win against a trained male. I would heavily disagree with that.

      Therefore, a trained woman can defeat a good part of the untrained men but I have no doubt that the majority of the male population, with only one memorized in the rules, would defeat a trained woman easilly.
      I only see logic in your argument if we are only referring to untrained men in her same weight class.

      @@Eagle4448 Have you seen the male internet troll who challenged a female champion grappler to a grappling match?
      He was way bigger, taller and heavier than her, and got gassed out every time by her, he had to tap out due to a gross lack of technique and stamina conditioning with her pinning him on the mat floor.
      That was such an eye-opening and humiliating experience for both him and the believers that any untrained man can outperform a highly trained female, regardless of size.
      Let me know, I will give you the link to it. It's still up on TH-cam lol!
      Oh and check out Miesha Tate, a former female MMA champion who destroyed and punished 5 bigger teenage boys who challenged her. She made them submit to her 1 by 1, that was insanely humiliating to watch as a man knowing that she could do me the same.

      @@Waterbug1591 By your words I think you have some kind of fetish about women "destroying" men... 😅
      Sorry! The real world is very different from your woke fantasies!
      As for the subject, in a professional fight there are rules and these rules in practice give ample advantage to those who know them and have been practicing them for years, as a profession! Those guys you mentioned are pathetic. They were more intent on joking than fighting. And they are not big at all.
      This guy on this vídeo is not heavy too. I don't see anything woooow her defeating a guy like that.
      And I repeat! The most of common man, without training, with the minimum of knowledge breaks a standard female fighter easily!
      Let me show you the best example. There's a professional fighter, Lucia Ryjker, (the best female ever), who faced an amateur in the same weight class. She was knocked out! The only defeat she had in her life was precisely the only time she faced a man!
      And we're talking about a small skinny guy, not a standard guy like I highlighted. A standard guy would break her on the first hit.

      This video is fake or the guy is just weak. I guarantee that if strikes are allowed, I’ll beat any woman ufc fighter with no training and not even conditioning. Self defense is being able to handle any situation, if anyone ever uses jj, or BJJ in a real self defense situation, you’ll never win.

      Briana Rosalva Johnson Soares I practice MMA, and I tell you ground fighting changes drastically if you are 50 pounds heavier. In addition to this, women are significantly weaker because they have more bodyfat and less functional muscle.
      If you get a 120 pound black belt girl to wrestle against a 200 pound male with basic training (Knows when he's in trouble, what to look for and how not to gas out quickly) the moment she makes a mistake, she is done.

      @gianfrancostefanoli7854 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      abc xyz I’m talking about a fit 200 lb guy who works out regularly. (Fat is still helpful if you are on top).
      If the man is 120 pounds, he still might have more functional muscle but weight advantage.
      Unless the girl is really into working out (2 years of weight lifting+). I doubt she could be stronger than a fit 120 pound male. Nonetheless I guess the girl is going to win in most scenarios since she is a black belt, that being said 120 pounds is less than 10 percentile for the average 5’10 male.

      I think you are missing the point of this video, the reason why the man is sparring with the woman was to back a claim that his physical advantage as a male alone could allow him to defeat a trained female fighter. This defeat proves the exact point that the woman was trying to make, training and technique trumps brute force.
