Hi, 1. Firstly thanks for the ideas and I love the content you share! 2. The Insights given by AI-copilot - So, I used salesforce for my whole sales team. Usually, Salesforce gives lot of analytics or insights in the form of funnel analysis, ratios, charts, numbers, comparisons across different time frames and many more. These insights are already quite informative enough to understand and derive some next directions. So, how big a difference these AI-copilots can give compared the AS_IS salesforce that the teams might be using.
For the CRM ideas, Hubspot has released chatspot and Salesforce has announced AI cloud that promises to do the same things. Isn’t this is a risk? Or do you think there is room to still build a differentiated product at better price point?
These all seem significant enough to become a feature of the core product. Is this something not worth taking into consideration, or are you betting on the sluggishness of these large companies?
I’m betting on two things 1) sluggishness 2) ingenuity to build something unique by the Founders as they get initial momentum and get customer feedback

There are gaps in what the standard analytics provides. Therein lies your opportunity.
Is the third one CRM model ? Because CRM tools like zoho can actually analyze quickbooks data
