Ive been running an agency in St Louis for 17 years. Should have hired this guy, what a trip that would’ve been. Now it would be better to work for him 😅 Way to go!!

    My important notes,
    17:40 --- mistakes
    21:03 --- building topical authority
24:49 --- how to search keyword with good revenue potential.
30:05 --- keyword research for new website.
I stopped noting, because it turned out every minute of this video is essentially important for learning SEO.

A lot of cool info. But I'm confused as to how a '0' K/D keyword would not be able to rank despite of competitors. Usually those are the keywords that don't have competitors for the exact match of the key phrase. I thought K/D accounted for content quality and in this case, the lack of substantial content on that keyword makes it easy to rank.

KD is based on the quantity backlinks that you need to rank based on the average quantity that the competitors for that keyword have. It doesn't measure site authority, content quality, or any other SEO variables

How To Rank On Top ? There are already existing players in the market .

You need to find long tail keywords with low kd and optimize that pages better then competitors. But much more commercial niches have very strong competition. It means that you need to have money to bit competitors.
