RECIPE: Four Flavor Sheet Pan Pie 2 (14.1 oz) boxed refrigerated rolled pie crust, 4 crust total (3 bottom crust and 1 top crust) Crust: Unroll 3 of the pie crusts on a lightly floured work surface. Stack them on top of each other. Roll out the thick, layered dough to a 15-by-21-inch rectangle. Press into a rimmed 13” x 18” baking sheet so that the crust comes up the sides and hangs over slightly. This will be the bottom crust. Chill until ready to use, at least 30 minutes. Divide the sheet pan into 4 sections spreading evenly the four pie fillings below: Cherry: 1 (20 oz) can cherry pie filling, or homemade Using remaining crust, cut 1/2” strips an lay over filling Pumpkin: 1 can pumpkin pie mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk 1 egg Mix until blended Apple: 1 (20 oz) can apple pie filling, or homemade Using remaining crust, roll out 7.5” x 9” top layer, dust with cinnamon sugar and make a few decorative slits Pecan: Mix until blended: 1 cup pecans 1/2 brown sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 Tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs Add: 4 Tbsp butter, melted Blend thoroughly Brush outer edge and top crust lightly with egg wash Bake in preheated oven on 350° for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.

I’d look to replace the corn syrup for something healthier and I’d probably add more spices like cinnamon , almond extract to the cherries, maybe raw sugar , nutmeg, allspice , etc. This is great idea for party. Love it!!
The cherry 🍒 needs more crust pumpkin 🎃 too or it’s pretty much filling 😅 Pie 🥧 crust sheets w/ egg wash sprinkle sugar crystals on the cherry / pumpkin 🎃

Yeah , i.wouldn't make it . Each pie needs to be baked at different times and temperature And all would run.together . You could see that the pumpkin and pecan wasn't done.

RECIPE:
