Both have same function i.e both are non ionic surfactants and emulsifier. but have different functional groups
Alphox is nonyl phenol based while polysorbate is Sorbitan Laurate based Group

Yes it's easy
Just divide each raw material qty I have mentioned in my video formulation with total qty of product formulated this will show qty of each raw material for one kg at the end add all qty in this way which will be equal to 1kg

Now devide stpp100/378=0.263g
SLES 259/379=0.683g

Alphox to be added after u add oil in water so in this way I don't think it will got gel form
