Remember to check your hotel rooms for signs of mold and water damage. Check your air conditioners especially. The air you're breathing could be causing your symptoms. Those are all signs of mold toxicity brother. It messes up your sleep. Causes fatigue etc. Use a dehumidifier in your room to help prevent mold growth, ( you don't have to see it for it to be present), don't let humidity go above 50%, and a good air purifier. Hope this helps. Keep throwin the fire!

Trevor, for future reference pitching at home at this time of day, it's REALLY hard to pick the ball up in those shadows as a hitter. That's why you're seeing a lot of awkward swings. Watch at 10:37 how difficult that is on the hitter to see clearly. I'd recommend taking advantage of that and being very aggressive in the zone if you start in these conditions again. Or at least trust your offspeed if you see a guy cheating fastball because he ain't seeing the spin in that lighting. The cutter homer was a fluke he ran into accidentally. That's the only way hitters will get to you early in this lighting - guessing location. Good luck!

You're sick my dude. Low energy, soreness, excessive sleep, out of breath fast, can't wake up. The signs were all there from the first innings. You did great for someone who was sick, but hopefully it helps you recognise it sooner next time. One or two signs could be a bad day, you start to get all of them and you need to speak to the team doctor and check.

Cool video as always, I still can’t believe Cano is playing 😂. Listening to you explain every pitch really amazes me that you can adjust so quickly after every pitch just by the way they’re swinging. Is this normal for all pitchers or do you think some guys just go out and challenge every hitter? You sounded a little scratchy in this video, hope you’re doing well and I wish you absolutely all the best. 👍👍

I was at that game. I actually fly to Mexico for all of your games in Mexico City. If I can give u a humble advice. I was at the game couple of days ago against Tigres and that guy hit a homer off you in the first inning. I’ve noticed hitters are hitting better against you in the first inning so maybe change the strategy just for the first inning

I've been thinking about flying down for a game. If you don't mind me asking, how do the logistics of that work? How far in advance do you get the tickets? Is it a hassle getting from one place to the other? I know Mexico City is one of the biggest cities in the world, it's a little intimidating
