tips for a one year old- 1. to stop sand getting everywhere - dry Amber off with Talc as she leaves the beach and the wet sand will fall off . 2. to keep her under the shade on the beach - buy a small inflatable boat and simply fill the inside with water . Put an umbrella over the top and It will act as a little sheltered playpen whilst keeping her cool as she plays in the water .

Girl, this is why I watch you. My body is constantly changing. I'm the biggest I've ever been in my life but I'm also the happiest and calmest I've ever been in my life. I work out the most I ever have and eat healthier than ever. Being skinny was due to unhealthy habits and eating issues. I'm working so hard towards body neutrality. I want to respect my body and appreciate it. I don't want to hate it. So thank you for always trying to share your journey. It makes me feel like I'm not alone!

The discussion about not needing to fit the same clothes each year was exactly what I needed to hear. I struggling with that when I tried on my summer clothes and gave three bags away. Then I realized, I haven’t bought new summer clothes in three of four years. It’s okay that they do not fit anymore. Now when I shop, I prioritize getting clothes that make me feel good rather than what social media or society says I should wear in the summer. Thanks Carys for always been open and authentic! ❤️

I’m currently on the same road after having a baby and hoping I win the lottery so I can buy bigger clothes instead of my black leggings and oversized hoodies. My mum actually cuts size labels out of her clothes because “if she feels good in them the size doesn’t matter”. Xxx

The ingredients for the Velvetiser caffe latte sachets is 44% cocoa solids and 3% coffee paste. Definitely has choc in them, which is why they will be so good! I’ve just gone and ordered some after hearing you talk about them 😋

Have an amazing and safe trip! Be carful with the at home gel kit! I just got one last week and somehow it infected all my fingers and now im on antibiotics. Most likely got gel under the nail and it cured and infected them, don’t rush while doing it lol

We have always used the bath crayons. More so for us mom and dad. We leave little messages for each other in the shower. It’s very fun and cute!

I dont even focus on sizes anymore because of the massive difference between stores. I always pick up 2 or 3 different sizes between 14/18 and it all depends on the materiel ect and what ever fits, fits... its been so good for me mentally not caring about the size in my clothes ☺️
Side note, if you took the roofbox think of all the space youd have for travel goodies to purchase and bring back ;) haha Have an awesome family holiday!

Best rotary lines are HILLS..made in Australia...can order them on line in the UK...a bit costly but at least the rotary line stays upright when clothes are put on the line.....
And I majorly related to what you said about that one piece of clothing that doesn't make us feel good shouldn't define how we feel about our body!
