Underground Electronica (House, Techno, Downtempo, Hardcore, Bass) underground Trance was all called Techno by pop fans before Americans decided to call these genres EDM which is generic pop music and completely attempt to turn this underground scene into mainstream pop music. And it worked didn't it with all these great producers selling out and making pathetic beat drop music. It took the Americans 15 damn years to realise these genres in Europe underground scene was amazing music and these bastards took it and turned it into a cash machine. I pray to god this EDM beast dies in the arse. So real disk-jockeys can once again be prominent. But those days are over so many fake disk-jockeys these days pressing play and also playing generic beat drop music. Now everyone is confused about EDM and the actual genres themselves.
