Yo, commissioner back at it again! This time for my favorite horror-themed matchup, really love how Therewolf cooked on this one! It has the exact kind of sci-fi horror vibe I'd expect from this matchup so great job on that! I'll definitely be updating my animations for the MU with this song in the background, can't wait!
As someone who made a trailer for this a long, long time ago. I really love this song, reminds me of the passion I had for this matchup. I salute you for this masterpiece.
Chucky: “Why won’t you DIE!?” Afton: “Because Charles I always come back!, I doubt you will however…” Chucky: “Haven’t you heard that you can’t keep a good guy down?” Afton: “You would not be the first toy I have left broken…and you will be far from the last”
Chucky: I always come back! Beating you is child's play! (chucky then gets decapitated) Springtrap: This truly was five nights at freddys (roll credits)
*Springtrap stuffing Chucky in a suit* "Eheheheha, you think this could kill me!? I've survived stuff like this!" "Yes, but I *lights match* have survived far worse" *Spingtrap walks out of the building as It catches fire. He then stares at the fire and utters* "So this is how they felt"
Chucky laughing can be heard as spirngtrap walks away. You know now seeing this? Makes me realized the Chuck and mr.trap is simalir. Kindred spirits in some sort. Don't you think?
ST: being immortal is a pain huh?, "you won't die anyways" this, "you'll always come back" that, life doesn't seem to know what to do about you so you're just stuck there being it's personal punching bag ChK: and the kids!, don't get me started with the kids, all I want is to kill that little bastard, but no, he needs to live for plot reasons! ST: oh, killing them is easy, is when they decide to get revenge from beyond the grave that things get ridiculous
Brandon hit us with "Revenge" in Steve vs Terrarian so Therewolf had to follow up with Jumpscaring us with The Living Tombstone. This track is amazing.
B: Chucky, the killer doll W: Springtrap, the man behimd the slaughter. B: Not gonna lie, sometimes toys are creepy. Especially when they have a goddamn cereal killer inside. W: and these two are the last people youd want anywhere near adults, let alone children. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick and its our job to analyse their weapons and skills to find out who would win a death battle.
I'd have to say, if this came down to an actual fight then Springtrap would probably win. Afton is a juggernaut, he doesn't jump bodies, he's 'survived' being springlocked and being trapped in a burning building, either once or twice depending on if he survived after Pizza Simulator or not which is unclear. Dude can take a lot of damage and even though the suit is most certainly not in the best shape, seemed to be quite strong, with the Fredbear suit being able to chomp through a kid's skull. That isn't to discount Chucky, dude is absolutely a psychotic killer, but Springtrap doesn't 'go down' like most of Chucky's targets do, and I do think after failing to kill Springtrap a few times the doll would start getting really pissed off and get sloppy. Yes, Chucky has the manpower advantage since his soul has possessed every remaining Good Guy doll in the world, so Chucky can ram a toy truck through the pizzaria and unleash an army of Chuckies, but it'll be like DIO vs Alucard, just because Chuckie outnumbers Springtrap doesn't mean Springtrap isn't still gonna kill every Chucky individually. 'Could' the Chuky army get lucky and find a way to put Afton down for good? Debatable, since we don't really know if that's even possible, outside of maybe Cassie/Golden Freddy dragging Afton's remnant to "Hell", which isn't something Chuckie can do. Even then, Springtrap has a backdoor way of coming back with the Afton virus too. Chucky on the other hand is limited to the amount of dolls he can possess. Once all the Chucky dolls are all gone, so is he, and its not that hard to kill one on its own.
However, let’s not forget Chucky’s ability to use his voodoo rituals to switch bodies. I could see a scenario where Chucky, with the help of his clones and Dembala, swaps bodies with William. Then the army destroys whatever body William is stuck in. Chucky would have a new unstoppable body along side the good guy army.
@Vegeta241 the only problem I have with that is that's its ludicrously inconsistent how long a voodoo transfer takes. Sometimes it seems to take just moments and can be done quietly, while most of the time it requires several minutes of screaming to the heavens while Frankenstein lightning is conjured while the target has to be laying down and not move.
Let's not forget though that Chucky is empowered by Damballa, which is how he's able to overpower people despite his size. So any Chucky army might as well be a regular hoard of people
@@darkmask5933 I'm sure that the slowness of his singing only happened in the older movies, nowadays he no longer so much time that much to perform the voodoo singing (which made sense because Charles was a beginner in voodoo magic and with the passage of time he improved more and more)

Well there my mu I commsion. Angela Franklin vs Alexis Ashford (night of the demons vs resident evil: code veronica) night of the veronica. It's demon vs mutant mu. Also I think be fun. Also, I love the idea that there’s a part where Springtrap corners Chucky and he has this big monologue thing and Chucky basically responds with "Nice argument, however." and he pulls out his gun and starts popping off shots while laughing like the little psycho he is.
Now THIS is how a FNAF score should be done! I know some people really like Trapped Within Despair by Brandon, but I thought it sounded all over the place and didn't give off the feel of horror that most FNAF matchups do. This on the other hand! Therewolf knocked it out of the park in making the track feel fitting for a horror matchup by building up suspense and keeping that eerie atmosphere, whilst also implementing bits of music from both franchises that make it sound pleasing to the ear. Give yourself a (Mat)pat on the back Aaron, you deserve it and I'd look forward to seeing more FNAF tracks from you.
Nice, good to see this match up get a track. I always thought these two were pretty similar to eachother. Two psychos that used kids tto get what they want, in fake bodies, that are seemingly unkillable. IDK if we'll ever get a match up with FNAF, let alone this one, but I'm glad this one got a commission track. Great work Therewolf. Side Note: Anyone else think the voice of Chucky would be pretty fitting for a version of SpringTrap? IDK, I like the idea of Chucky's VA giving life to Springtrap in like, a series or movie or something.
Yep, this is both of these guys' best matchup. I genuinely don't think there's a more fitting opponent for either Afton or Chuckie. Both are serial killers who used forces beyond their understanding to cheat death and possess something meant to entertain children. They both "always come back," and they both have families who they've treated horribly, which have come back to haunt them. But what really makes this fight are the differences. Afton tore his family apart, but Chucky only got his family after possessing the doll. Afton slaughtered children, while Chucky seems to (mostly) avoid killing children. As for who wins? Chucky has a lot more spare bodies and has arguably come back from a lot worse than Afton has, but I don't think Chucky has a way to kill Afton, and Springtrap is definitely stronger. (He scales to the golden freddy suit, which is strong enough to crush a skull.) But I think Chucky's voodoo might be what gets him the win. He could pretty easily use it to transfer Afton's soul to something a lot less durable, or just steal Afton's body
Both do offer different things Chucky for Springtrap's more "balanced" stuff, the things you'd expect to see from the regular Springtrap you know Junko offers Springtrap's everything. The Trash Kaiju, Twisted Animatronics, Technology manipulation, illusion discs, whatever he has in the Novels
A matchup that I never heard about involving characters that I don't really like and that I outright dislike respectively. Gotta say, I was a bit apprehensive when I first saw that track. But boy am I glad I was wrong in expecting the worst, because this track most definitely gets the best it can out of this unconventional matchup. I was expecting it to go full on comical or extremely intense and energetic which could have been good but instead it takes a much cooler way of actually mixing extremely sombre and slow segments with faster and less emotionally-charged ones which is exactly as it should be for those two. And that's something visible right from the start of the track where we get a very catchy xylophone melody punctuated by choirs that give the song a distinct somber and tragic tone to reflect the general backstory and surface-level personality those two have. It makes for a really good introduction that plays into the darker sides of the characters and the xylophone doubles as also reflecting the "playful" nature of the objects their souls are housed in (an animatronic from a children's pizza place for Afton, a toy puppet for Chucky). But then we transition into something much more active at 0:45 which more directly displays their aggressivity with very heavy synth notes and, above all, displays their personality with what I can only describe as "vocals" made with synth meant to represent the two. Starting with Chucky's higher pitched one which is then backed by Springtrap's much more computerized and lower pitched "voice". The way those "vocals" were made for the song is really good IMO as it adds a lot of personality. Of course it isn't quite like having actual vocals in the song but it definitely makes up the part. Hell, the fact that they even duet and have "dialogues" by taking turns one after the other every time they appear gives the song a very dynamic feeling. It really makes it seem as if the two are talking to one another. It's extremely creative and while it definitely was a risky bet as it could easily have ended up turning quite off it absolutely succeeds in what it strives to do and I really like it for that. And of course I must also mention that it's really cool how Therewolf used the Living Tombstone's FNAF song for this but with a unique spin so that it's perfectly recognizable but fully unique too. But beyond that, I must still emphasize how good the dynamic is between those "softer" segments with those faux-vocals and the much more serious and sombre instrumental for the most part. The song doesn't shy away from mixing them and making them transition from and away from one another which results in a very fluid and appreciable dynamic to the song that doesn't feel boring or stagnant at any point and that despite the fact that the main melody is the exact same for almost 100% of the song. Special mention for the 2:07-2:21 segment that even manages to give the melody an epic twist which makes it sound even cooler. This melody's very simple on paper but it really adds to the song. And the fact that it's the same all throughout the song could even be taken as a meta thing to represent how those two have one hell of a tendency to stick around even after they're supposed to be gone. It's a constant melody that doesn't change to directly showcase that those two are also forever there and forever unchanging. I don't know if that one is on purpose or not but if it is it's very smart. Overall this track is one that I first listened to with a bit of apprehension but that I came out of very happy because it does everything it should do correctly and then some more. It's catchy, fitting and memorable all the while having an extremely unique gimmick that I don't recall hearing in a while in songs, let alone Death Battle-style ones. Truly an amazing job done with this as always.
Serial killers that end up escaping death by being bound to something originally meant for children. Definitely one of the more thematically appropriate Death Battles if it happens...you know, assuming Wiz and Boomstick don't get lost figuring out the lore of Five Nights At Freddys
This is my new preferred mu for Chucky since Slappy (Goosebumps) is too powerful. & Junko (Danganronpa) vs Springtrap lost my interest ever since the Mimic debunked his revival and feats as Glitchtrap and Burntrap.
@@TheMainOne.I mean, the books are Slappy’s primary source material so they kinda have to use them. That’d be like trying to make Superman’s matchups more fair by only using the movies.

one of the best confrontations for both, Springtrap is one of the characters I most want to see on the Show and this is my second favorite option for him and him winning makes things even better
He definitely wins, but due to both having ways of coming back to life it's a bit difficult to figure out who would win and how. William wins only not because of stats but that remnant is something he can completely control and given what remnant is tied to, Chucky would most likely have remnant that Springtrap could take from Chucky removing his soul in the progress
@@SkynetbearI don’t see how the size advantage even matters when Chucky’s entire gimmick is terrorizing and fighting people far bigger than him in every one of his movies and shows. The deciding factor here is either of their control over their more mystical stuff

(He scales to the golden freddy suit, which is strong enough to crush a skull.)
But I think Chucky's voodoo might be what gets him the win. He could pretty easily use it to transfer Afton's soul to something a lot less durable, or just steal Afton's body
This is a certified "I was come back" banger
*Always come back
This is incredible :D

I legitimately can't decide if I want this or Chucky Vs Slappy Or William Vs Junko
Both do offer different things
Chucky for Springtrap's more "balanced" stuff, the things you'd expect to see from the regular Springtrap you know
Junko offers Springtrap's everything. The Trash Kaiju, Twisted Animatronics, Technology manipulation, illusion discs, whatever he has in the Novels
@@kaisernostalgiaseeker142Technically two different realities, but one just has the same character with a ton more abilities
I’d much prefer this. It draws out the main themes of Afton much better with much more clear cut connections and fight potential for both.
@Skynetbear trust me, you don't want to open up that can of worms.
Amazing track! I love the fnaf theme references in it
Ngl I've always preferred this over Springtrap vs Junko
Chucky more iconic and he has more connections with Springtrap. So he is better opponent for me
cool pfp
Same bro. This is the best MU for Both.
I like this I didn't even know this was a matchup It sounds a bit goofy but I just started thinking of the lyrics on the spot good job
"Exoskeleton" Crab vs Scorpion (underwater vs land)
Unpopular opinion: this is my favorite matchup for both
I prefer Spinosaurus vs Springtrap and Slappy vs Chucky.

Therewolf Media - "The Whole BFF Thing" | Scratch VS Beetlejuice
it is scary how good this song is!
Reminder that Chucky said "I always come back" first... this fight makes perfect sense
Definitely hope we see this be an actual fight.
So like was it intentional for this to sound like an fnf song?
I like it, it just kinda jumpscared me- holy shit wait
The next commission is your 100th one! (Minus any of the ones that eventually got vocal tracks) Can’t wait to see what the next one is!
Huh really?
Now both is now in dead by daylight
Oooooo, dis is gonna be good :P
He Always Comes Back
I really like this Aaron nice job😁 I would love to see Chucky vs Springtrap😁
Let’s get death battle to do this fight pleaseees
Serial killers that end up escaping death by being bound to something originally meant for children. Definitely one of the more thematically appropriate Death Battles if it happens...you know, assuming Wiz and Boomstick don't get lost figuring out the lore of Five Nights At Freddys
This is Awesome
Good Job 👌
Chucky: Shhhhhh.... be very very quiet... I'm hunting Wabbits *laughs*
If this ever happens, I'd love to volunteer my voice as Chucky!
Dies of peak fiction...
This is my new preferred mu for Chucky since Slappy (Goosebumps) is too powerful.
&
Junko (Danganronpa) vs Springtrap lost my interest ever since the Mimic debunked his revival and feats as Glitchtrap and Burntrap.
IIRC, Slappy stomps only if you use the books otherwise Chucky has a better chance of winning.
@@TheMainOne.I mean, the books are Slappy’s primary source material so they kinda have to use them. That’d be like trying to make Superman’s matchups more fair by only using the movies.
@@infiniteon1834 Very true
There are still debates over whether Glitchtrap is Springtrap. It technically is still him since it’s a piece of his own soul
@@Skynetbear IIRC it's Afton's programing.
out of joke
Actually there is a good debate here that goes beyond than "haha walking corpse in a fursuit kicking doll go brrr"
"It's Hero Time To Go Turbo" (Classic Ben 10 Vs Max Steel) (Cartoon Network Va Mattel)
"Turbo Hero" could also work
they always come back. 😈
The vision is here: Afton vs Chucky, Junko can fight Chris McLean!
And what's funny is Soon Junko is getting a commission against a opponent that's gonna surprise people..😉🎉🎶
This is one spooky matchup that goes super perfectly well together!😄🤩😏😎💀☠️👻🎃👌
0:56. "This sounds great!"
Fnf mod players: "I must be hearing things."
No one asked for "Fnf sucks" comments. How about you make a comment actually related to this one. (This is for just in case.)
Actors of springtrap vs chucky reads the script be like: It's over charles! You will spend five nights at cassidy's hell!
This sounds spooky and amazing. Like a digital Halloween dubstep horror party.😈👍
The living tombstone has an awesome retro digital Halloween styled soundtrack with this. Even though I don't play the FNAF games or watch the horror movie, got no time and the FNAF song from the credits of the horror movie sounds amazing.
one of the best confrontations for both, Springtrap is one of the characters I most want to see on the Show and this is my second favorite option for him and him winning makes things even better
I'm sorry but this is kinda of easy mode for Springtrap lol (could be wrong tho)
An animatronic is harder to damage than a doll so Springtrap wins
I like how the size advantage is the deciding factor, it really is a small doll versus a robot
@@SkynetbearI don’t see how the size advantage even matters when Chucky’s entire gimmick is terrorizing and fighting people far bigger than him in every one of his movies and shows. The deciding factor here is either of their control over their more mystical stuff
@@RoyalT115 Right, but how is he supposed to stop something with knives when it’s made of metal and decayed flesh.
There aren’t a lot of weak spots on Springtrap
This NEEDS a vocal track.
I would like to see who really won't be back
Well, no matter who wins, we all know the loser won't stay dead for long...
Banger track, btw!

We need springtrap on deathbattle. The fight woukd be awsome
I feel like Chucky loses unless he can pull some hax with voodoo
His best bet is high jacking Springtrap’s body, but it’s unlikely Chucky could immobilize him for long enough to do that
@@Skynetbear what about getting an army of Chucky clones? Could he win via sheer numbers?
@@masedaace5473 Well each doll has strength equivalent to what he had when he was human, but Springtrap when he was alive was able to tear the FNAF animatronics apart and should be comparable to the two tons of bite force that other animatronics have now that he’s one of them
@@masedaace5473 Not to mention the fact that Springtrap has had literally every part of his body broken and torn to shreds and kept going.
Chucky has never had to face an opponent that was able to tough out immense amounts of pain so his typical strategy of weakening a victim through gradual cuts and slice simply wouldn’t work against someone with no identifiable weak points
@@masedaace5473 In terms of speed Springtrap has a huge advantage when it comes to outmaneuvering the Chucky dolls, he’s capable of appearing and reappearing in less than a second across entire buildings and weaker animatronics have vanished instantly in between flashes of light

U do know there are other fnaf songs you can use as a motif right? I understand that's the main recognizable one but like everyone uses this all the time
I kinda wish it was 240 Bits Per Mile, since that's actually a song played over a minigame featuring Afton in FNAF 6
Well, after the movie, it can now be considered an official song for the series. I get that it light get tiring always hearing it, but the song is probably the most iconic piece of music associated with the series.
