Are you using original toners ?

probably because the way you put the original is not correct. It happened to me once and when I put the original correctly it scanned.

I have original toners, I have checked a million times that is in the right position but I still get the same error

Hello I have a Ricoh 3228c I had to replace the black toner pump since then my images are coming out faded on all colors and have a wet look or running ink image on the prints. What would be causing and how to fix? I try to run the auto calibration but it tells me no paper insert paper but all my trays have letter paper including the bypass tray. How do I fix this?

Hi I'm from Iran because of the bayccot we cannot get the toner easily. Sometimes we find that we cannot work with the device for several months due to the lack of toner. Have you tried other copier replacement powders, such as Monica Minolta or Xerox toners?
