You’re not the only one with dealers like that. It’s unfortunate but a lot of guys get into this business thinking they can just sell tools without providing good costumer service or building relationships. But that’s really the most important part in this line of work.
Your orange toolbox is very nice. I have one, the only thing I don’t like is my fingers get pinched if not being careful opening drawers, sometimes serious blood blisters occur, Cornwell needs to fix that
Cornwell 72 tooth and the new 120 tooth ratchets are fully USA made except for the gearing inside. Cornwell 30 tooth ratchets are fully USA made including the gearing.
That is a very well stocked truck. I'd love to buy some Cornwell tools but I don't have a local dealer.
