On our recent trip to Mantralayam, we came across the famous Brinjal bajji which is popular evening snack in this town!
Apart from that, we also tried the masala puri at two street carts!
The masala puri is different from our Karnataka style, the masala is made in an instant on the tawa and uses dried white peas!
We tried this masala at Bhaironath Chaat bhandar and Guru Rayara Chaat bhandar! We liked it at both the places, we also tried the Dahi Poori!
