So aproaching girls that passes you is a no no if she don't lock eyes until you pass each other. How about approaching before she passes you, would still that go? My biggest problem is this scenario becouse i fell that I'm needy but i also don't want to admit that this scenario is the exception.
Only approach her if she locks eyes with you and you are passing her. I'd say when you're 3 steps away from her is the best chance. If she initiates eye contact with you and keeps it then you don't rlly have a chance of rejection. That means she likes you. I wish I used this advice myself on a girl that I saw like twice a day at school but I only realized she liked me after.

Just say something like hey I saw you from a distance and thought I’d say hello/ hi. Ask for her name then wait to see if she asks for yours back, you know she’s somewhat interested if she does. When she does give you her name you tell her to have a great day then go on about your day so next time you see her greet by her that. it kind of breaks off that awkward first time interaction.
