I have been playing on and off for like 2 years now and Battle Boots and Lance are the abne of my existance. Lance id a weapon that i fundamentally fo not agree with and Battle Bootsis one that i simply cannot understand at all. All i know is that you can combo slight and dlight inot literally anything else and the enemy will eventually die to a groundpound.
I agree lance can be ridiculous due to the amount of space it can cover, however, battle boots and tezca have been nerfed A LOT since release. Give the character a go and learn battle boots yourself and you’ll see it’s not a very hard weapon to understand
@@vngelooo i did give it a try and i felt like comboing with battle boots was way too easy and ianaged to do it without knowing any of the moves.. Now i know i am low skilled and play against low skilled players so they didnt dodge a lot to get out of combos, but it still felt ridiculous how well i did with a weapon i never played before. I heard they were way worse not too long ago. Imo tezca sigs are fairly hard to punish, same with thea. Ezio on the other hand seems way easier to me.

It doesn't look like it belongs with the rest of the weapons and it plays mostly like oversized Katars with extra sig spamming. And i don't like having to think three attacks ahead of them or play passive (I have too slow reactions for that) just to get inside a range i can hit it. And my complaint of battleboots is that the combos are so intuitive that pretty much anything you do will hit if it land s in their general direction. Also as a comparison: Spear nlight, the attack that should work like grounded long poke with a blind spot so it requires precise spacing, has less priority than Boots dlight and slight, both moves hit stacked too.
He’s fun as hell and I love both sword AND orb they’re some of my favourite weapons. But frankly sword and orb do kinda the same thing? They’re very similar weapons

I just picked up on Brawlhalla yesterday and I mainly use Lucien. (I think I only ever play as Lucien & Hattori atm). Now I finally know why my Ezio opponent trying to go to the edge so often 😅
i was doing some matches with him just a couple hours ago, and i find him quite fun. sword is nice and fast-paced as always, and his sigs have great area coverage (except for dsig). orb is slightly slower, but you can rly pile on the damage fast. i do feel like his side sigs dont deal that much damage tho, but maybe thats just me

Ezio is great. Two balamced weapons and i always kit his sword side sig. Sword down sig is weird, cannot kill but is usefull on the edge on stage. But its weird how he is not playaed often since he is a famous character.
my current main is Ezio, he simply has the best sigs to make combos, it's satisfying to use the sword dsig. I'm also playing with him because I want to have Alucard's Crossover, because I love Castlevania (not because of the Netflix series but because of the games)
Reno is my sleeper backup when I get a rematch and I know someone's cracked my Isaiah ways and/or they're going to pull out Artemis/Orion/Thea because they're mad

Been playing Ezio for a while, I think I’m one of the higher elo players that actually mains him. He’s strong but he’s no more broken then any other character is. Both his side sigs are pretty mid, they have their specific uses tho. Sword dsig is satisfying to hit but let’s be honest here lmao nobody is hitting it that often. It’s good for dodge in reads tho and every once in a while u can steal a stock off the edge with it. Sword nsig leaves u in the air and u have to fall a little bit after using it so it’s hella punishable on the flip side of that it has a lot of active frames so it can hit kinda late sometimes. It’s good for dlight nsig on sword when they have no dodge. Orb dsig has almost no recovery and I believe it can have some uses (haven’t found them yet but I believe it’s not as useless as it feels) but in most situations it’s just better to choose a different option then using dsig on the stage. Orb nsig is undoubtedly the best thing Ezio has, none of his other sigs compare. Slight nsig is a must to utilize when your opponent has no dodge. His stats are alright but he’d be better with less dex. I think he is a good character for sure but there’s characters that are generally better.

I have a weird relationship with Ezio because it feels like I can't really rely on either of his weapons even though both sword and orb are weapons that I heavily rely on when I play other Legends who have them like I Rely heavily on sword when I play Val and reliably on or when I play Reno but I can't seem to rely on either of Ezio's weapons for whatever reason
