I'm a Washington and Notre Dame fan, but after watching Ronnie Hillman last year and SDSU playing fantastically against powerhouse teams from the MWC and Missouri, I will definitely be following the Aztecs next season. Hopefully I can find some way to watch them in Seattle.
Coug fan here, next weeks game should be fun. Ronnie is looking like a terror this year, and that offense keeps progressing. WSU looks good too. This should be a good game!
I might be tripping, but that play right at 3:03 its a sign for the 303 (insane speed and juke-stick)!! go broncos! this guy is going to be huge for my beloved DENVER BRONCOS!
@bschmall95 He didn't have "academic issues". Ronnie is a solid student. There was an issue with his transcripts and the delay prevented him from playing at SDSU right away. Once things got sorted out he was able to enroll and play.
I tell you what I really like what I saw...very nice runner. The true test will come next season when most defenses will have 8 men in the box, gearing up to stop the run. A true natural runner. One question: why didn't this guy go to a much bigger school than SDSU ?
@mrdestiny2011 He went to SDSU because other schools didn't want him to play RB, He had some Academic Issues. And his dad wanted wanted him to play in the Canadien Football League, and now he ended up at SDSU
San Diego State RB RONNIE HILLman was born the same day some sports coupes had christening drives: SEP. 14, 1991. This is unrelated to 244-48-7246 or earliest passengers despite HILLman bearing a strong resemblance to shields against “D-grade” propaganda seated in the coupe, saying “Don’t ever change” or discussion of “long miles” in mileage accumulation. Still, Ernest’s wife, JEAN, died on the 50th birthday of Dallas Cowboys owner JERRY Jones / the 30th of NFL WR JERRY LEE Rice: OCT. 13, 1992
5'10" 192 or so .I dont think he can take a constant pounding. Does everything so well . More like a Darren Sproles to me. He's a nice talent for sure.
@boilerbuzz he broke Marshall's rushing records as a freshmen, he just like Marshall fumbled on his first college career play, And he was born the same day Marshall scored 7 TD against pacific.
@GonzillaProductions oh yeah next year they'll be fine, but also Demarco Sampson and Vincent Brown were HUGE loses, so we'll definetly have to wait and see. but deeper in the future is what i was talking about. Rocky Long? really? i don't think he can do half the job Brady Hoke did. Then Lindley leaves after next season, then what? who wants to play for SDSU after that.
OK, to address each reply: Let's not even TRY to compare this kid to Faulk. Missouri's defense is FAR from "REALLY" good. No, I'm not in B1G country. This has nothing at all to do with B1G ball. So let's not go there. I'm not trolling the kid, but the title was just a bit much. He's damned good though.
BTW, please show me a clip where he encountered and shook 11 players in 1 play. Since you want to try to dissect posts word for word. Try it on your own post.
@mrdestiny2011 brady hoke is a pretty good recruiter and he got to play right away. they shouldnt have to worry about 8 men in the box though cuz they have a passing attack too but they just lost their head coach hoke to michigan
@corndogDC What I find funny is that you decided to post without actually reading my comments. I'm not trashing the man. Let the record show that I say he's damned good in multiple posts. I just said calling anything close to Faulk is at best - premature, worse - crazy. I want to see more against better competition. FAR from trashing him or the competition! And where would like to send the cash for that bet you'd lose?
@Eagles4life1375 NO, too much on BSU's side. SDSU might be on the decline for now on, unfortunately. I was starting to like watching them. They still can become a great program, but it's going to take a lot more work again, they basically have to start over. On a positive note, at least this time they have more to work with.
@ILive4saturdays Rocky Long recruited good players to New Mexico, (NEW MEXICO) no body wants to live or play in new mexico, that place sucks. Just imagine what he can do with recruiting in a town like San Diego. SDSU is on the up.
@bschmall95 Like I said, good player. Putting up great numbers. But he's not Marshall Faulk. Different running style. I don't even know if he's as adept as a receiver out of the backfield. But, anyway. Future NFL player. Hall of Famer? Long way to go to determine that...
@GonzillaProductions Rocky Long is ok, nothing special. Yes Ronnie is great and they have some nice talent after that, but I don't trust Rocky Long recruiting like Brady Hoke did. I thought Hoke SDSU in a great direction, but this coaching change will set them back. But neither of us have a crystal ball, we'll just have to wait and see
@boilerbuzz he doesn't remind me of Faulk AT ALL, he reminds me of Priest Holmes. I have no idea how good he can be in the pros but I'll tell you one thing, he was even more consistently good than Faulk as an Aztec. I watched them both play, and Marshall was more hot and cold than this kid.
@westlonghorns50 Enough with this. He's good. End of story. And for the record - scoring defense doesn't mean anything. Total defense, they were ranked 47. Not great.
@boilerbuzz just turn the big ten channle on at 12 eastcoast time cause i assume ur from there casue only the true football fans no what rambo ronnies about! sdsu bout to murk on michigan
Great video clips. I never get tired of watching some of these runs. RIP Ronnie Hillman.
Damn R.I.P. Ronnie Hillman!!!
This kid is special, can't wait to see him play again next season!
I'm a Washington and Notre Dame fan, but after watching Ronnie Hillman last year and SDSU playing fantastically against powerhouse teams from the MWC and Missouri, I will definitely be following the Aztecs next season. Hopefully I can find some way to watch them in Seattle.
Dang! He is quick and is fluid on his feet! Glad to have him in Denver!
I saw this kid all the time at my high school he went to La Habra he was great
Great compilation! Hope he can stay healthy for 3 more years.
Hillman representing La Habra!! Proud to say i go there
I was at every high school game he played, and each year he played La Habra High took CIF. You could see this gentleman is going to the top.
Coug fan here, next weeks game should be fun. Ronnie is looking like a terror this year, and that offense keeps progressing. WSU looks good too. This should be a good game!
I'm so glad Denver picked this kid up he's the running i wanted him or James from Oregon
Aztec fans are smiling again for the first time in years not just due to Mr. Hillman but due the the whole team. :)
OMFG, I'm not a SDSU fan but this guy is a BEAST! I want to see him holding the Heisman!
Yeah i go to La habra high nd this guy went there hes a beast
I might be tripping, but that play right at 3:03 its a sign for the 303 (insane speed and juke-stick)!! go broncos! this guy is going to be huge for my beloved DENVER BRONCOS!
@bschmall95
He didn't have "academic issues". Ronnie is a solid student. There was an issue with his transcripts and the delay prevented him from playing at SDSU right away. Once things got sorted out he was able to enroll and play.
AlaskanBronco here hopes you become what we need you to be!
Bronco nation is ready for this guy!
I tell you what I really like what I saw...very nice runner. The true test will come next season when most defenses will have 8 men in the box, gearing up to stop the run. A true natural runner. One question: why didn't this guy go to a much bigger school than SDSU ?
I WANNA RUN LIKE HIM !!
Aztec legend. RIP
Welcome to Denver!
Good pick
This guy is too nice whoever get his he will definitly be a steal!
top 15 pick for a heisman this year from espn
Since Mark Ingram Left; Ronnie Hillman Is Now My Favorite Running Back
@mrdestiny2011 He went to SDSU because other schools didn't want him to play RB, He had some Academic Issues. And his dad wanted wanted him to play in the Canadien Football League, and now he ended up at SDSU
On a similar note, who is the best NFL and college RB ever and what is the best RB #.
Speed like Royal, Strong like Marshal. How was this guy not picked sooner?
That move at 1:28 WOW broke his ankels
Hillman for Heisman!
Don't pack Hillman. You're going to be a Charger.

Nice vid. and I know this is irrelevant but what cleats are better for RB? Adizero 5 star or Nike vapor carbon fly? Someone please answer honestly
Ref puts up a nice block at 3:07
Where all my peeps @
WELCOME TO DENVER!!!!!
5'10" 192 or so .I dont think he can take a constant pounding. Does everything so well . More like a Darren Sproles to me. He's a nice talent for sure.
He's put on about 15-20 lbs of muscle over the offseason, and apparently has kept his speed, should be interesting
Kid can play ball
@Benzzzzz I played at 5'10 205 and I'd like to think I could hold up. :)
Ronnie Hillman, Denver Broncos
1 Injury away from being the starter However, He will take over nxt season.
Saddle up with osweiler!!!! GO BRONCOS
@Eagles4life1375 you question is invalid...
This guys the fuckin truth.
@boilerbuzz he broke Marshall's rushing records as a freshmen, he just like Marshall fumbled on his first college career play, And he was born the same day Marshall scored 7 TD against pacific.
@Eagles4life1375 we will see
@boilerbuzz ever heard of Marshall Faulk.
You stay classy, San Diego...
@zulaboola "Ronnie Hillman Freshman Highlights" just doesent have the same ring to it
@GonzillaProductions oh yeah next year they'll be fine, but also Demarco Sampson and Vincent Brown were HUGE loses, so we'll definetly have to wait and see. but deeper in the future is what i was talking about. Rocky Long? really? i don't think he can do half the job Brady Hoke did. Then Lindley leaves after next season, then what? who wants to play for SDSU after that.
@bariguy586 sounds good.
@boilerbuzz theres no REALLY good defenders at Missouri ?
@bschmall95 sdsu was the only school to give him a fulll ride for rb
Damn, I wanted the Chargers to draft Ronnie Hillman
Stay right here in San Diego...But, now, I hope we break his legs.
thumbs up if he will be the next marshall faulk or better
@Eagles4life1375 IDK about that
OK, to address each reply:

No, I'm not in B1G country. This has nothing at all to do with B1G ball. So let's not go there.
I'm not trolling the kid, but the title was just a bit much. He's damned good though.
Can San Diego state beat Boise?
BTW, please show me a clip where he encountered and shook 11 players in 1 play. Since you want to try to dissect posts word for word. Try it on your own post.
@mrdestiny2011 brady hoke is a pretty good recruiter and he got to play right away. they shouldnt have to worry about 8 men in the box though cuz they have a passing attack too but they just lost their head coach hoke to michigan
One person who watched this video went to BYU!
@corndogDC What I find funny is that you decided to post without actually reading my comments. I'm not trashing the man. Let the record show that I say he's damned good in multiple posts. @SDCHARGERS619 I still think LaMichael James is the frontrunner
Kid might have gone in the first round IF he played for a bigger school....Broncos are thankful he didn't.
@boilerbuzz Ha well missouri was top 10 in scoring defense in 2010, so how is that not "REALLY GOOD"? Maybe because it's GREAT.
@Eagles4life1375 NO, too much on BSU's side. SDSU might be on the decline for now on, unfortunately. I was starting to like watching them. They still can become a great program, but it's going to take a lot more work again, they basically have to start over. On a positive note, at least this time they have more to work with.
Nice footwork, fast, agile, but small. I hope this guy can gain 20lbs before the start of the season. Otherwise, he's gonna get crushed in the pros.
Ronnie is my neighbor's nephew.....you get down with your bad self!!!
@bschmall95 If he can stay healthy, he might turn out to be very special.......
S a n D i e G o C A L i F O R N i A
@ILive4saturdays Rocky Long recruited good players to New Mexico, (NEW MEXICO) no body wants to live or play in new mexico, that place sucks. Just imagine what he can do with recruiting in a town like San Diego. SDSU is on the up.
Marshall Faulk was the 1st great from sdsu Hillman is #2.
@bschmall95 Like I said, good player. Putting up great numbers. But he's not Marshall Faulk. Different running style. I don't even know if he's as adept as a receiver out of the backfield. But, anyway. Future NFL player. Hall of Famer? Long way to go to determine that...
@bschmall95 if they do it will be the biggest upset since Appalachian state beat Michigan

@boilerbuzz More like a Darren Sproles to me.
@boilerbuzz lol
