That is correct, IT IS ALL WITHIN YOU. What ever EXPERIENCED "State of Being" you live in, it was YOU YOURSELF who created it. That is the the meaning of the Bible "Made in the Image of God", and the Jesus saying "The Kingdom of God is Within You". A Heaven or Hell, EXPERIENCED "State of Being", it is ALL created by your (Image of God) "Self".
You really do "Create your own Reality", it comes from nowhere else but your own "unconscious" Self. "Unconscious Self" was Jung's name for it, and Frankl extended the concept and wrote a book that he named "The Unconscious God". If you think of "Unconscious" as meaning: "Stuff that we know, but don't remember that we know it", might be a more accurate way of expressing it. It is the "Infinite unconscious well" from which everything is drawn into "Conscious Awareness".

Divine Light
I sat alone by shimmering water lake
Reflections of sunlight were innumerable.
Wave after wave gently touched my feet.
And, made me feel to think deep.
My mind was filled with countless thoughts
Like colourful reflections of water ,
It painted thoughts in multitude colours .
Image after image formed and streamed at inward eye.
But, what wonders me is!
Here water remains colourless unless sunlight pours bright light .
