Sven Väth (Born: 26 October 1964 in Obertshausen, Germany), is Germany's most enduring and accomplished DJ/producer. Since he began DJ'ing at the famous Dorian Gray club at the age of 18, Sven has created ripples through the world of electronic music in many ways: As co-founder of the trendsetting labels Eye Q Records, Harthouse and Cocoon Recordings; as owner of the clubs OMEN and Cocoon Club; and perhaps most importantly, as the godfather of Germany's trance and techno scene since its inception in the early 90s. Sven, like no other person in electronic dance music, has the ability to expose underground sounds to the mass population. His 14+ hour sets are the stuff of legend, and he will be DJ'ing parties until he is unable to physically operate a turntable - and even then he will be doing something innovative to propel electronic music into the new era. - เพลง

Now this is mixing!! All vinyl and NO crappy DJ gimmicks. The master at work bringing us beautiful fruit for our ears and bodies. God how I miss the 90’s, it can never be bettered. Sven Väth made amazing music and his label will always be the benchmark for 90’s techno.

Bin seit 89 dabei, und habe ihn oft gesehen! Tolle Zeit in Frankfurt! Und bin immer noch dabei! Meistens in Holland und Belgien da gibt es immer noch Partys wo nur Platten aufgelegt werden! Ich liebe die techno Familie, und man trifft seit mehr als 30 Jahren immer noch die gleichen Leute! Tolle Kultur! Werde bald 60 und habe immer noch nicht genug! Eine gute Party ist Urlaub für Geist und Seele! Grüße nephilim

Der Sound damals, der Trance, Acid-Trance, revolutionär. Und Sven und das kultige Omen, einfach genial. Das war noch Underground, die die Besten Tracks hervorbrachte, unerreichbar mit dem heutigen Techno. Wenn es zu großen Massenbewegungen sich entwickelt, geht leider immer vom Ursprung, dem Feeling und der Qualität und der Innovation viel kaputt. Es war eine außergewöhnliche Zeit und Musik 😊👍✊

Ich hatte das Glück und konnte die kompletten 80ziger und 90ziger feiern, und Sven Väth hat die Zeit mit geprägt. Wie ein anderer schon geschrieben hat, der Spirit dieser Epoche ist einzigartig gewesen. Ich bereue keine Minute 😉👍

Für mich persönlich die geilste Zeit 92 bis ca. Ende 94... Da konnte man den Techno Spirit noch fühlen....
ich hab den auch noch ab 95 96 gefühlt..bis in die 2000 mein persl. high liegt in 96 97 98..man reflektiert doch immer die eigene Erfahrung und jede Zeit hat ihr gutes LG von einer inständigen Technoliebhaberin

90ger bis 2000er waren xtase des Lebens. Ein Miteinander wie es so in Deutschland wohl nie gab und es leider nimmer geben wird. Die Musik war Bombe aber an erster Stelle stand die feierwuetige Meute die alles im Sinn hatte ausser Stress. Das ging leider verloren und heute steht ein jeder da und feiert sein Handy und sich selbst weil er ja auf der Party xy war und alles auf Sim hat.
Ich war zwischen Oktober.94 bis 96 Herbst. Eine andere Welt . Da hat sich auch die Musik verändert Acid/Progressiv. Aber deine Zeit wo du meinst war auch sehr schön die habe ich in meiner Stad erlebt Die Ausstrahlung vom Väth . Einfach super. .

I was born in April 1994. So I was only a few months old on that July night when this set was played. I only started going to techno raves at the age of 26, in a totally different world. Something must have been in the air that summer of '94 though and it awoke in me after all these years...
the summer of 94 was insanity!!! PURE Raver BLISSS!!! That energy hasnt been duplicated since that I know of.
and will add 88-96 was pure bliss literally for this type of music and enviroment. After 96 the old folks stuck they nose in and all the ballers and meatheads so it went to hell after that that atleast for me. Especially for girls the meatheads ruined it they never felt safe anymore.
It was a great time!
I was 20 and the scene was intense.

But it's nothing unusual, decades do that...unfortunately. I think I had that Honore to be at Sven's gig for the first time in '97. He had blond hair unlike on this photo (shaved). It was a great gig...just like this set, magical. Cheers!

eh dude, this set is more average than proper. ive seen sven väth live @ mayday 94 and mayday 95 and his sets there were much more energetic. this on the other hand is a hr3 clubnight recording. hr3 is a german radio station that was going with the techno hype in the 90s and broadcasted popular djs with a saturday night session for those who could not efford to go out into clubs. needless to say those sets were rather mediocre compaired to the live sets on raves and clubs

Das lief bei der Fahrt von und zur Love Parade 94 ständig im Auto bei uns.
Ich erinnere mich an den silbernen Väth auf der Parade und später waren wir im Bad was auch geil war. Wollten keinen mehr reinlassen aber wir hatten Karten vorbestellt und sind dann doch reingekommen.
Gute Zeit 1994. Beste Love Parade für mich persönlich.
War dann noch 95 und 97 aber es war nicht mehr so. Es war schon zu überfüllt und die Stimmung war auch nicht mehr so gut.
Jaaa Mann! Ich war im Schwimmbad Sonntags auch dabei. Definitiv eine der besten Partys meines Lebens.

i dont like the rythm and the danceability of today's techno, i prefer the evolving beat and melodical progression of trance, but this old school authentic and not molded by the pop media masterpiece always catch me.
true music made with passion and dedication aiming only the expression and sharing the meaning in it, feels like its a guidance into a dancing meditationing ritual.

What I really miss about electronic music, there are no basically no published records of awesome sets played in clubs or at raves

@@peep4901 aber irgendwie hat's immer nicht lang angehalten mit dem Clean Leben und so. Okay jetzt bin ich von allem befreit ausser hin und wieder mal ne Sport Zigarette und nen guten scotch Whisky ist da nix mehr ich hab mir irgendwann mal etwas Sport zugetraut und seitdem trainiere ich 3 mal die Woche um fit zu bleiben um die Figur zu halten usw werde 42 Jahre alt und will noch ein bisschen Leben obwohl ich dazu sagen muss das ich erst seit 8 Jahren die kurfe bekommen habe war zwischen zeitlich auf Heroin hänggeblieben zwar nicht geballert irgendwie wollte ich das nicht aber der Affe kommt trotzdem hatte glaube zu tun mit meiner Ehe die kaputt gegangen ist durch die vielen krassen Jahre und jetzt nach knapp 10 Jahren geht's mir wieder halbwegs gut.

NIE annähernd bis zum (Voll)rausch, oft Corona Extra😉, was sonst, nix genommen...k. A, k. E, k. H, k. K, k. M, k. S (bin ich aber auch froh, vllt. habe ich in gewisser Weise auch etwas verpasst, habe ich aber auch nicht vermisst, wie auch), rauche noch nicht mal....war dabei aber trotzdem immer in anderen Sphären bei der geilen Mucke, that was my only real drug. Mache zwar k. Sport, habe aber z.B. auch noch k. Pocke, wie viele in dem Alter.
Aber alles Gute für Dich, mach auf jeden Fall weiter so! Greetings...
