Adults React To Try Not To Cry Challenge | Saddest Animations
Which one of these made YOU cry? Let us know down below!
Coco is the saddest
Pretty much Disney related I would say.
FBE all!
Coco 😭
Almost all FBE
Coco, the most I've ever cried from an animated movie. When your favorite person in the world was also your great-grandmother!
You have never watched anime have you?
Nadrio Yes, I love anime! But an animated movie in which the title is the nickname of a much adored great-grandmother touched so deeply. I only wish I had a nickname for mine. We all just called her mother! Because she was the mother, nurturer of the family!
Coco hits way more when it’s in Spanish all the songs are better in Spanish in the movie coco
Spanish is the only way I watch it! Recuérdame!
Honestly I laughed at them 😂
Okay, that Coco scene is really emotional on its own, but in the context of the movie it gets 100x more emotional. It’s so powerful on so many levels!
I know right!!
That's what I feel, sadness. It was soo sad.
m.th-cam.com/video/uXAJKQIk4no/w-d-xo.html
I saw this movie in 2018. I was in the hospital and my grandma was in very critical condition. I couldn't sleep at night and ended up watching Coco, couple of days later she passed away. This hits me on so many levels.
Coco isn’t done justice by the clip. Grandma Coco’s father actually wrote the song for her when she was a girl before he was murdered. She was about to forget her father before Miguel sang the song to her here.
yeah if you haven't watched the movie you cant understand why that song means so much and all the emotion behind it they shouldve at least given them a quick run down
This movie gets me deeeeeeep in the feels. So much.
I agree. I say they all need to watch it now!!!
True,i even saw that happened.l'm Glad the one who took over him is dead
Agreed. If you know the stakes that scene would leave you bawling.
That coco scene is definitely a 5 if you have seen the movie and know the context of the song.
Exactly! If you know why he sings that to her it hits harder
Even when I didn't know the context I was tearing up.
m.th-cam.com/video/uXAJKQIk4no/w-d-xo.html
I think the coco one won't make you cry if you haven't seen the whole film to understand the concept -- basically she's mute and the years of not seeing her father made her silent and tje family banned music because it reminded her of her dad. By the end of the film the fate of the dad is discovered and it encourages him to play the song of her childhood to her and it makes her sing gor the first time.
Mamá Coco is actually senile, and the ban on music was begun by Coco's mother (Mamá Imelda) because her father, who was a singer, seemingly forsook them.
I cried of that too LOL
I think I cry
Yeah I strongly agree, I definitely cried because I was thinking about the father and how he finally got the chance to communicate with Coco. It is just so sad.
The coco scene isn't sad when you put it as a clip, but it is sad when you see the entire movie
Exactly what I though
Thought
It's still sad when you see just the clip though
@@lumi4178 agreed
I agree. Because when you see the entire movie, you know why this scene is so sad.
Coco came exactly one year after my grandmother passed away. She had lost her memory of who we were and what was happening before she passed. I cried in the theaters each time I watched it and now I watch it when I want to remember her
You need to watch the mama Coco scene in context. People who haven't seen the movie won't know why this song is so special and why the moment is so emotional
The thing about Coco is that you gotta watch the whole movie to really get why that moment is so emotional. Because there is so much meaning behind it! Gosh, i adore Coco. Probably my favorite movies of all time. Cried like a baby upon first watching
I think COCO is a lot more emotional when heard and understood in Spanish.
not really
@@shinitagari444 yes really
I swear it is, the feeling of the songs, the way they speak, the feeling overall is more intense.
@@is_erikz1712 nah not to me at least. the english vers was hecka emotional. but go off ig.
@@shinitagari444 go off? what are you 8
Coco was one of the saddest and best disney movies but then again most disney movies make me cry .....coco just made me cry way more
Coco was the only movie I cried on since years!🥺😭
True...
fishy leigon no, I mean only the last scene
fishy leigon it‘s okay, everyone has their own taste in movies and opinion
Says a lot that that Coco scene resonates so deeply on its own, without knowing just how meaningful Coco singing along is. What a well-crafted scene.
"Coco" is and will forever be one of my favorite Disney movies.
Even out of context, that scene from Coco is still emotional. Miguel is trying to save Hector's after-life by getting his grandmother to remember him before he faded away into nothing. When Coco picks up the song, I always cry.
If you actually watch the Coco movie, you will cry every time you see that scene. Just because you know the back story to it
coco was unfair. single best ending in any pixar film, and the only one to make me consistently cry. i love coco so much
The Coco movie made me ball out cry because my grandmother had Alzheimer's and she loved to sing and music also gave her move and feel again she was my hero and second mother, I still miss her to this day and I hold the Coco movie really close to my heart
Im sorry for what happen
"try not to cry challenge"

XD
So true just no lie
Coco in Spanish hits differently 🥺💔
Is better
Man it makes a big hit 😖
I was just about to say how different it is in spanish
Facts
I wanna learn Spanish so bad
The mama coco scene hits WAY WAY WAY harder with context and even more when you had something similar happen to you too. I recently lost my great-grandma who I loved with my entire heart but didn’t get to spend much time with and this scene now hits me like a wrecking ball destroying a broken-down building.
Everyone’s gangster until Coco starts singing. (Lowkey expected Bing-Bong’s death from Inside Out)
"Take her to the moon for me." *snif*
I think the Coco scene hits different when u actually watched the movie because like the story of why he sing it(not gonna spoil it so ya go watch it please)
True
Especially when you know the feeling of losing someone you really love with all your heart ❤...
@@_chelitatheckie_8993 I'm sorry to hear that.. Sending virtual hugs for u ❤❤❤
I couldn’t stop crying when I got to this scene just reminds me of my family and regrets
"Take her to the moon for me"
STOPP T^T
:((
Would totally burst out in tears on the first video. It was that EXACT SCENE that my cousins and I were watching when our aunt banged the door to tell us that our grandfather (who's in the other room) wasn't breathing. After that, it took me over a year to have the courage to watch 'Coco' again. This scene still breaks my heart and I think it forever will. I'm super close to my grandpa and I miss him every single day. :(
Coco has such a deep message, that is why it is must watch for everyone, especially for adults. Because adults sometimes forget about some important things like respecting parents, respecting their own kids
"I have empathy, I have a heart, I'm compassionate. So, I'm a winner in the end" 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Couldn't have been said any better.
COCO straight up ripped me to shreds after watching that scene especially. And seeing that clip again it reminds me of my grandma now she's very old like mama COCO (90) and has slight Alzheimer's already it makes me so much aware of making every moment I spend with her count. Love her so much ❤
Me too. Not like wa wa but just silent tears.
My dad taught me to play guitar when I was young. It’s one thing we really bonded over. We had to watch my grandmother, his mother, slowly lose her battle with Alzheimers when I was 12. I showed him Coco the other night and I think his soul broke when we watched this final scene together. We lost it. He said it was one of the most beautiful thing he’s ever seen in a film. The whole film is building to it but you still don’t see it coming
The Coco clip is so much more emotional in the context of the whole movie
the coco video is so much more emotional with the context of the rest of the movie
Another reason why the Coco one is so emotional is because the fact that she sang the song meant that she could remember her father so he could live on in the afterlife and not be forgotten. That's what gets me is that his whole family believed that he was a bad guy and wanted to forget about him but his daughter remembered the best parts about him and their special song.
Even if I watched Coco 6 times..
I still cried. You can't judge me. If you didn't cry at the _first_ time you watched this movie.. you have no soul.
Just because i didnt cried doesnt mean i have no soul
@@Complex.History you have no taste
I absolutely loved the movie and even though it brought tears to my eyes they didn’t make a stream down my face. I don’t cry with sad movies even though my mom does I’m more like my dad, the traditional hard faced Mexican papa, who did cry the first time watching coco since Grandma Coco reminded him of his sick grandma. Although I don’t cry with sad movies I feel sad and my throat hurts the way it does when you cry too hard
I cried in theatre. Its so embarrassing lolll
Honestly
Coco always gets me! But the daddy ones got me too! I'm a daddy's girl, also I cry very easily lol
Same ❤️🥺
The coco scene always gets me. I lost my grandma due to Alzheimer’s and the abuelita reminds me so much of my own 😞
If you didn’t cry at the coco part you’ve never been a child.
Im a child, i didnt cry, bUt iM baSically an adulT cuZ im 11
@Pickle lover 328 ok, well, I'll see these movies when I'm older and then I'll see.
I thought you were gonna comment about the last part and were gonna say "UmM yOu're nOt AcTuaLlY aN aDuLt"
I cried a waterfall
When I first saw Coco, I didn't cry. I don't know why, but I didn't. But after my grandfather passed away in October and I watched it again,I cried. He lives in Mexico and I only talked with him over the phone. Never got a chance to meet him and person and I guess that's why I felt a different connection with that movie.
"Up" and "Coco" - Those are two Pixar's animations which had the power to make me weep. And it demands a lot of power I swear ;)
Have none of them watched Coco when they took on this challenge?! Anyone with a heart who has watched Coco and knew the context of Miguel's singing will start crying well before Miguel starts singing.
I’m always frustrated that Miguel took so long to start singing. Then I choke up when Coco starts singing too.
I guess I don't have a heart then
I'm saying this because I haven't seen it yet. I wanna see it tho. Please don't hate
Dude the coco scene is a very emotional scene it’s almost on par with the up scene for me so it’s kind of hard for me to except anything less than a 4 but I guess if people haven’t seen the movie they wouldn’t understand the importance of her being able to remember a song that’s very important to the old lady mama coco
Back in studio
Finally
So glad it's been long enough
Yess we're back!!! - Sierra (FBE Producer)
Yes
@@React I wasnt expecting a response thx
COCO and the UP intro are the two animated movies with a guaranteed cry. COCO’s story and windup with all the backstory is the saddest thing ever and the intro to UP just is unexplainable. I’ve never seen number 2 or number 4, but they made me cry. I love emotional stories and movies. Maleficent 1 and 2 (the live action) are my favourite live action movies because she realized her love for Aurora and when she protected her and died, that was just.
Excuse me where is uncle Iroh and Leaves from the vine from Avatar: The Last Airbender?
Ines Drakić idk
I approve
Too sad for this ZA WARUDO
YES
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS COMMENT
The last one. I instantly cry when the father has died. I can’t stop the tears. Damn those onions
Okay but like, including that scene from Coco not only spoils the ending, but also takes away all of the emotional build up when you watch it from the start. I hadn't cried like that since marley and me.
Everytime I see Coco and hear this song I cry. Not just for my grandparents who are gone but for my dad who died this year. I miss him so much.
Now the ending to coco made me tear up whenever i see it.
Fr tho
The coco one gets to me all the time. It reminds of my grandmother and I had my daughter way after she passed away. She never got to see me or my baby girl. I love you abuelita and so does Maya.
My dad almost cried when we saw the ending of Coco in theaters
The coco video just wildly unleashed my tears of regret that I didn’t have a close relationship with my grandma who sadly recently died... 😓😞
Noor Sar I am sorry for your loss
@@valorways You're not sorry because humans live in different environments and is impossible to know what a thing means for another person but always all the people say "I am sorry" when they aren't sorry they just want to make the person feel better, or they want approvement for the society so I'm not saying "I'm sorry" I'm saying I'm not sorry but is a sad experience for me...
IsFiDo 113 I am saying sorry cause the same thing happened to me with my grandma on my dads side of his family so don’t say I am not sorry
@@valorways I'm not saying that you are not sorry. I'm saying that you can't know exactly what a thing means in another person's life.
@@isfido1139 even if you don't know the person and what he means someone that you loved or cared about dies your gonna have the same emotion others had felt losing their love ones. They may show it differently or live somewhere else but it's still the same
Coco is so much more emotional when u watch the whole thing. Also, the Bing Bong sacrifice shouldve been there
Everybody gangsta till uncle iroh starts singing leaves from the vine
ong
Don't don't do it
Let me tell you Coco is SUCH A GREAT MOVIE it is insanely beautiful and so well done with all the right background knowledge about mexican culture
Coco made me tear up but the last one with the girl and her dad omg I started sobbing like a little girl because I lost my dad a year ago and I’m also going back to school to become a nurse and say Daddy I did it 🥺💔🙏🏼
Awhh im so sorry 🥺
If you've watched Coco and know what her remembering this song really MEANS, you'd never give this scene less than 5 points! This movie is so underrated!!
I believe Coco need a more context other than just giving the last scene.. the story of mama Coco.. and the builds up to that point is what's missing
*people saying "2" for Coco*
Me: *eyes burning from sobbing* Really??
@UNKNOWN your obviously some “super cool edgy teen” who hasn’t lost anyone important in your life, people in our lives are more important than anything and each moment is waning and I’m a teen too but I’ve lost people in my life I won’t get back. I just wish I could say goodbye to either of my grandfathers
Coco is the first movie that made me cry so bad. this movie is full of messages and sooo amazing
I don’t think they should have used Coco here. That moment always makes me cry, but it’s more emotional if you have seen the movie and you know how important it is for Coco to remember that song. The other ones worked better because they were short films so you got basically the whole idea just from the clips shown.
Coco made me cry a WHOLE lot even though I watched it more than one time the short clips always make me cry
Mom:Disney is for babys
Disney:Murder, sad deaths, even more murder, love, the betrayal, then more deaths
Disney: Hold my Pinocchio
i only cry at “leaves from the vine, falling so slow, like fragile tiny shells drifting in the foam. rip mako, you will be missed :(
Coco literally reminds me of my grandma now since she passed away 3 days ago... thats why the movie makes my cry so much now...
Coco easily should be the one there. The biggest tear-jerker of any Pixar film by the end.
On the tear-throne with "Up" imo. But no fighting :)
I had not watched Coco before I watched this video and I was not really getting the emotions that I should be feeling with the Coco clip. But after I watched the movie, that was when I realize how sad and emotional that clip really is and it truly deserves a 10.
The first one really touched me having a grandparent dealing with altziemers I know how hard it is to slowly watch someone you love drifting away
My grandmother passed away today. I wasn’t ready for the first clip.
May she rest in peace ❤️🙏 She really loved u
Man, to me context is so important for the Coco one. I feel like several of them would've rated it higher if they had also seen the scene of her singing that song with her father when she was little. All of it together is what really got me because of how close I am with my dad.
Coco is really emotional when you get to watch the whole movie.
Coco makes me cry because I watched it when my granny was still alive and just hearing the song remember me tugs on my heart because all I can think of is seeing her in that casket and when she was sick and in the hospital.
Working with Alzheimer, and dementia floors, Coco's singing with the grandma always gets me, These moments happen, they come back briefly and start to remember parts of their life, calling out to their loved ones.
The beginning of the movie Up always makes me tear up. I was half expecting to see that in here.
My Great-Grandmother passed 13 days ago...I cried... and cried. Times are tough... and we need each other.😭
Not gonna lie I cried on the Coco one. I love my grandma so much.
Also, had you put the Kung Fu Panda 2 Inner Peace scene, I would have bawled as well. So beautiful that ❤️❤️
I cried at the last one, I dont wanna lose my dad and when I get reminded that one day he's not gonna be here it starts making me cry
I completely understand how you feel about that. That scene hits hard. He's my only parent i have left. No matter how hard ypu try not to think about it is when small reminders show up.
@@user-xf8hd4ln5x it just hurts to know that one day he wont be with me anymore someday he will pass
bruh coco one always gets me, idk why the adults think the 2nd is sadder
Same! Literally every time they sing Remember Me in Coco I start bawling my eyes out. In my opinion, that scene was sadder then the second and third one.
Every time I watch coco it makes me cry because I can still remember my great grandma being in a chair like that and I was devastated when I couldn’t make it to her funeral in Mexico because of school and I can still remember her smile but I don’t remember her laughs or even her voice
I feel you bro. I lost my grandma too. it happened recently
@@quest5341 My condolences.
Coco was definitely the best
You will cry when you feel it
The song "Remember me" was so good that it got an Oscar
That last clip got me most, because I lost my beloved father 3.5 years ago. Missing him is so hard.
Sorry for your loss
i miss my grandma.shes super strict but cares and loves me deeply. 😢 until her last breath.i sleep beside her.hugging her 😢
The first one was Coco of course. As a Latino I cried heavily because I lost my great great grandma to age when I was 8. I even made my own Ofrenda for her that year it came out. I've had to add family members to it unfortunately but that's how life is and I'm glad to have made that Ofrenda in their memory.
Edit: added a great forgot she was my great great grandma
THE SCENE WITH MAMA COCO GETS ME EVERY DAMN TIME!
COCO, out of all the Pixar movies, this one hit me the hardest because when its your grandmother, who you favor as your best friend, and to bring her back like that. OMG! my heart strings, I never cried so hard in my life.
I cried so much at Coco andthe last one omg. If Inside Out had been here too, that would have got me. But then again I'm a highly emotional person and almost every single Pixar or Disney movie gets me. I thought Lily and the Snowman also would have been here
The scene from Coco is very touching on its own, but in the context of the film it completely destroyed me.
I have a grandmother who has dementia, so that scene in coco makes me cry even harder than it did before
Me too
But for me its worse she has Alzheimer.
Coco, is one of the best animations I have ever seen!!
I'm so emotional so I cried in every single one of them
But... Legit I heard Miguel strum the guitar I lost it
You wont cry if you dont know the full story of Coco. Hector's life is tragic that i feel pity to him. Hes trying to cross the orange bridge for many years just to see his daughter one last time before he disappear. That thought is painful enough to make you feel bad for him.
My god coco hits me so hard, I lost two grandpa's 15 years ago on may and june I only know one grandpa when I was 2, so it really made me cry so much when I first saw it very touching ❤😢
you need the full context of the movie to understand why Coco is so emotional. That scene is great but it doesn’t portray what’s at stake for Hector in that moment, which is where at least half of the emotion of that singing scene comes from
I don't think anyone knows enough how COCO was so emotional that it's so real for many people with a family member experiencing Alzheimer's disease. A part of the brain that is linked to music memory is actually undamaged by the disease. So music actually helps Alzheimer patients to remember stuff.
Watching that part with COCO the part with the grandma I cried, cause my grandmother just passed recently and this is kind of making me feel better😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😿💔
Same expect my nana died last year and I wasn’t the best to her and we were not the closest but now that she’s gone I just miss her and now when I’m sad I just think of her and talk like she’s with me
sasays awww🥺 ya gotta keep ur head up that's all I can say😭😭😢😥❣
If you think Coco is sad, wait until you watch it in Spanish.... every song and moment becomes 100x sadder, especially if you can speak Spanish and can understand each lyric without a slightly wonky translation
Coco is definitely the movie that just penetrates through soul.
Kudos to movie makers👌🏻✌🏻
coco really had me, i balled my eyes out

Coco is the saddest movie that i could ever felt sadness
