Yall forget that the OTV house is also OTV's workplace. That can play a huge part in why they Michael didn't move back in with OTV, which Lily is also seemingly hinting at. Michael probably doesn't want to be part of a stream almost every waking moment of his life and wants to have better control of when he joins OTV streams and living outside the OTV house is a very effective way to do that.

No, from the sound of it his roommates aren't streamers in the same way OTV and the rest are. Like with OTV and everyone there's apparently someone streaming almost all the time in random sections of the house, whereas with his current roommates its one area set aside for the whole group. If my understanding is correct anyway.

Eh i understand to some degree. I love my gf but i think my ideal living condition would be like staying one week/month with my gf then living one week/month with my friends, obviously logistically it just doesnt work so you pick one or the other, and i pick my gf obviously, but i could see someone picking their friends. People do say absence makes the heart grow fonder so maybe it could even strengthen your love and ensure its longevity
My boyfriend and I already plan to have seperate rooms when we move in together. Granted, more often than not we'll just end up sleeping in the same room together cuz we tend to sleep better when we're together, but we both know that we're the types that absolutely need our own space occasionally, somewhere that is 100% *ours* when we need to be alone, so we're planning accordingly.
Seperate spaces isn't inherently a bad thing. The world pushes this narrative that a couple needs thier lives to be 100% completely mixed together all the time, but...its okay to be able to have differences, like different hobbies or friends or spaces, and still be happy together. I think more people might be if they thought that way, tbh.
