Beerzerker hello sir, the base map is built using Mapserver. you can write a MapFile script, connect to your geographic database (Postgis for example) and apply your own customized styles for your map layers.
Thanks for the reply. OK I have a digitized road network for example and I've customized my mapfile and styled my data. But this one you're using is more like OSM data. Is that the case?

Yes, I used OSM data and I modified the topology of some layers.

The buttons are part of Sencha ExtJS library. You have an option (JSON parameters) to add icon within the buttons.
