If I were native american, I'd have loved to live in a mountain carved castle. Absolutely beautiful.
This place, is on my bucket list.
If you do make it there, make sure you don't fall.
Start watching at 1:25
I really wanna go to Messa Verde!! It's so interesting and pretty!
Its AMAZING...
It is defiantly worth the trip, about 1500 miles for us. It’s good to study up on it first, will enrich your visit.👍
As a child on vacation driving from Louisiana to The Magic Kingdom for the 4th of July 1958 celebration we stopped and spent one day at Mesa Verde… Great vacation and great memories…
I live in Colorado, and our school took a field trip here, i went when i was younger, but that time I GOT TO GO INTO ONE OF THE HOUSES!!
It was the Balcony house
Ahh ... to be a kid again ; )
Cool
I however didn't go just for school but yet for the love of nature and History... Me and my family Had a priceless time it was amazing. one of the most beautiful areas I will ever see... Going though the amazing San Juan mountian to get to the place it was a trip to remember... Fuck the haters Anasazi for life!
mesa verde is a mystery because it is a ancient native american site the narrator said they were wandering no they buit this city and are permanant residents of north america
I went there two years ago, but I didn't have time, so I just looked from afar I can't believe people lived on such high places Thank you for the detailed explanation
Glad you enjoyed the history behind the national park!
I went to Mesa Verde few years ago! Very interesting story of ancient Anastasi people!
realy very interesting i love such type of old buildings
I am here because of Shaman King and i also work for NPS
Иххаааа вот это хлопковый Джо раздал жару🎉🎉🎉😂😂❤❤❤😅😅😢🎉😊😂😊😂😅🎉😮😮🎉
I love this place and want go back soon.
One of my dreams is to go there.
Mind blowing
Almost 2 minutes before you get into the subject matter. Tsk Tsk Tsk!
Cool seeing this say 58 parks in 2013, six years later there's 61 parks
Isn't that great?
i went camping there
I can't wait to go see the Puewblows
Its funny cuz Imma native american who just picked up a shotgun in cortez today. >_>
Thank you for information
I went on an elk hunt in Durango back in 2019. I remember driving back home and seeing the mesa verde exit. We didn’t stop and to this day I still kick myself for not stopping.
So can you say they can from Aztland??
came for national park and stayed for forensic files voice
Need update .... New information
things must have been better down south
so when they said "to understand our roots" while showing some native americans - you go.. ook. roots that you killed? when they start talking about the FRENCH.. its just wtf..
i see what you mean, but thats comparing apples to oranges. american roots have nothing in common with french or indian roots. they are all very different peoples, even to this day
The Reason they left in 1300 was the Little Ice Age that began 1285 to 1900's! It changed the world! #DontBDumb
Scott Clark. That's boi.
Oh man, lots of little things in this video date it real bad. We know quite a bit more about the Ancestral Pueblo people (Anasazi is an outdated name) and what happened to them now. (They migrated further south.)
Only there for school work! I'm a 60 + year old tourist from the Uk and can relate to what you are saying. I found this place so boring along with the droning from the guides. I felt I was back in school.
Your repulsive all of Europe is one big godless school being controlled by greed and materialism
Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.
MMESA WERDE JES ANASTAZI ------->ASTECI.
helped with my stuff
only here for one thing. school work
Same here.
My fair lady
Probably didn't pay their rent.
me too
Hoping to get a quick answer here. I will be in Colorado for vacation very soon. I have been reading that Spruce Treehouse is closed down for the "unforeseeable future." Is this limited to only Spruce Treehouse, or are all of the ruins closed to public access?
www.nps.gov/meve/planyourvisit/sth_closure.htm According to that site, it appears to only be Spruce Treehouse.

Good
MU BONICO
Gracias!
My parents took us there back in 1971 I was 10. It was awesome That’s the only reason I held out during the overly long Intro. Bit of advice… get to the point
I’ve been here. So cool BUT there’s a lot of misinformation about these people. Aztec and Hopi said they were very bad people
Yo is anyone else doing the essay on the differences between the Inca and Anasazi
No mystery and not a city. These were not dwellings. These were used to store food.
You must be stupid. These are *pithouses.* Definitely used to store *food.*
