Suzuki should double down on the classic modern GSXR 750 they been building for the last decade and give the 2024 GSXR 750 1988 Slingshot body work, headlamps and paint scheme. As motorcyclists and auto enthusiasts we are going to have to pick our forever gas burner(s) before the authoritarians$ outlaw ICE or hammer the manufacturers so hard with unrealistic emissions standards that the give up completely on ICE
Just picked up my 2023 GSX-R750Z in November. It is the most comfortable sport bike out there. It is old school, no tech (ABS or TC) but it has the most beautiful intake growl and is a fun bike to ride. FYI, the model design has not changed since 2011, just the colorways.
I just got the 2024 in blue and white. I live with the gas gauge issue and sometimes just use it as an excuse to got fill up. Never mind the TC & AbS , doesn’t bother me at all. I did change the coupons and HELI BARS brand that lifted the bars just enough to not make my wrists hurt. I have Yamaha XSR 900 2023 model, I will say the triple on that bike great, but it won’t hold a candle when we are talking WIND. The GSXR 750 have incredible ability in wind. 😊
Got the same exact 750 a month ago, so far she’s treated me well I’m beyond happy with my purchase, can’t wait to see what she’s like after the break in period, congrats on yours man💯🔥ride safe🤙
Congratulations to you too! The one thing I’ve noticed so far. Is that the stock exhaust is getting louder. Plus, after getting my first service done. It rides a lot smoother
My 22 zx10r doesn’t have a gas gauge,I have to reset trip 1 after every fill up. I came from a ninja 650 Dec 17th I rode home n fog missed my exit wasn’t familiar with that exit end up going over handle bars just got the estimate back Friday 10.4k damage on it they are going to rebuild the bike it’s all fairing damage and fuel tank and the display sub frame and Frame forks and rims and engine all fine just cosmetic stuff.
That seems like a bad colour for safety. Grey and black. From the side, does that make it hard for idiot drivers to see you? I hope I am wrong. GSXR750s are awesome. I had the first 1985 model. Yes I am that old. All bent over the bar and less power than my FZ8. As for the fuel Gauge, don’t you use your trip meter anyway? I also have a GSX1250fa that gets at least 250km from its 19 litre tank, the FZ8 get 220 from 17 litres. I always set the trip meter when I fill up. So even if the fuel gauge reads wrong because I am going around too many corners, I know how far I can go as a minimum. We had to do that in ‘the old days’, because mechanical fuel gauges were useless under half full. Anyway enjoy. You own a beast!
Absolutely. I'd like a 2018 model, but their hard to find. 2023 is the last year for the 750. Also, the gsxr 1000/R is being banned from Supersport competition. Suzuki wouldn't support a Eco-friendly fuel system.
If you dump the licence plate and big Az exhaust it will save you some weight. M4. No Suzuki GSXR model has a gas gauge aside from the the bussa, but it isn't a race bike. flashing is 1 gallon left.
I love and enjoy the bike. Even though I haven’t pushed it to its full potential. I can say it has brought me a lot of joy. Just took me awhile to adept & get used to
Very nice bike! Looking at getting the 23 gsxr 600. I agree with you 100% about the wind. I have a 18 ninja 400 and I get tossed around all the time from the slightest wind. It’s so unsettling! I feel like I’m going to go down.
I’ve gotten scared 😟 a few times. While I was riding in the wind. I was able to witness the 750 in the wind last week. And I must say it was a lot better. Then the 300 😭 Even though I could still feel some of the wind, it was still a nice feeling!
Yes I own ever bolt on mod you can buy 😅 but get a system get bike tuned and also you have 2 maps so you can tune for pump and race gas if ya want yk but there solid bikes
It has A mode (All power) & B mode (Mid throttle power. I don’t recommend a 750 for a first bike. No abs, or traction control & being heavier then most bikes. But, everyone is different! I enjoy driving it on the street, plus, driving on the highway is really good.
My god, I had this bike back in 2011, it hasn't changed a bit. Makes it outdated by 12 years in todays standards. Is the airbox still that annoying at cruising speeds? Because I change a 2008 to a 2011 and was so disappointed I got rid of my 2008. The 2008 looks much better too, made a sweet ram air sucking sound instead of the sound of a tractor and was orange/black.
I dislike that (non) color. What is with the "primer coat" paint color that is showing up on new cars, and now bikes ?! Seriously, it looks like they put primer on, but then forgot to paint it, and just added clear coat ! Ugh.
Both Livery’s look really good. But, the wheels, and the accents stood out with this design. The wheels are a candy apple red with Pearl. The matte gray & the accents are the same with Pearl. The Ecstar Livery is also beautiful. But, I felt like that was more of a race look.
Hmm 🤔 after riding the 636 & it being lighter.. perhaps. The only complaint I had was that it wasn’t as comfortable as the 750. I even thought about getting the V Gsxr 600 at one point to. But, felt like for an extra $ I might as well go with the 750. That way I can keep up with 1000cc+ and below
Honestly, I don’t know how I feel about the one headlight. I was annoyed when the 300 only hard 1 light on at the time. I felt, it was hard to see at night. And, would have to use my high beams to see better. I feel like the one headlight helps out more.
If you feel comfortable, starting on the 600. You should do it! I just decided to start at the bottom. But, the only thing I didn’t like about starting at the bottom. Is the fact of having to spend more money. The price you pay for a 300+ you can get a 600cc bike. So which ever you choose to go with just take your time and have fun! Plus, the Gsxr 600 has Power Modes. So, you can start on the lowest mode until you comfortable!
Depending on how hard I ride sometimes. I normally drive 2 hours a day to work. That being said. Gas goes down fast. I’d say maybe 4 1/2 days But, If I didn’t have to drive 2 hours a day for work. I can feel up, on Monday & it’ll probably last me 5 to 6 days depending if I only ride in town. Not having a gas gauge. Kind of sucks.
There is a 23 750z local to me brand new for 13500 out the door. Is that a good deal? And also I just want a fun bike because I have a Harley for 2 up riding with wife. So question is does these bike sale good after a few years?
That’s the typical price range for a 750. But, the Z is special fairings. It’s a really fun bike for me! Now that Im getting used to it! I honestly think 750s hold there value. Due, to the fact it’s in between. When I was looking to buy one, I was searching high & low for one. And they would sell fast. Sorry! For late reply!
I’m was speaking from my point of you. What I had to go through when I upgraded. For the people who wanted to upgrade to the 750. From a 400cc & under. So, they will understand the comparison.
@@PkDarren after spend a while to go thru your clip, just know it, it really make listener feel stranged, it look like mentality manipulated. 750 vs 300, 300 vs 750, confusing indeeded, bro
All gsxr’s 750’s and 600s are same since 2011-2023 buddy same exact bike
They should have at least added something
Yep, boring styling
@@PkDarren yeah dude the bike is sick but the dash is like an old cell phone from 2000- 2003 LOL.
Haha 😂 I agree. They need a digital dash

Imagine if Suzuki added a factory quick shifter gas gauge, and led’s to these bikes it would probably be perfect
2011 and up are the exact same, and I love them
Lol was gonna say this
Wish they changed the cluster to look like the 1000 cluster lol but I love them also
one of the few reviews out there on this year version. Dream bike for sure
Congrats, bro! Nice bike, ride safe!
Love the bike man and the 750 was definitely the best choice over the 600cc line-up imo!
Thanks! I agree. If your planning on getting a 600, and you have some extra cash on you. I would definitely recommend getting the 750!
I just bought one! I got the white one instead. Thanks for you review on it. I can not wait to ride!
That’s awesome! Let me know how you love it.
14 gsxr 750 for my second bike and I love it, got it for the same reason. Honestly, I didn't know others had gas gauges lmao.
Please keep this bike completely stock. Preserve the GSXR-750s!
I’ve actually been thinking about keeping it stock. But, the only thing I’d want to install is a fender eliminator.
🤘😈🤘Great choice, be safe!
Congratulations man on the 750 gixxer, I have 22 gsxr 600 is fun to ride. And ride safe out there.
Thank you! You stay safe too! Also congratulations on your new bike too!
I know wat you mean about the gas gauge is suck that they don't have it, but what I do is I put on trip 1 and reset to 0 after every fill up.
Interesting 🤔 That’s actually pretty smart!

I actually wish I would’ve got something smaller than a liter bike. I can’t use all the power first second third all I can really use in town.

having just the gas light is fine imo.... it honestly makes you stay on top of fuel situation.
As soon as it starts to flash. I get gas. I don’t even let it go solid yellow
Which is more reliable suzuki gsxr's or honda cbr's...?
I have this in the 600 as my first bike ever, love it. Only thing I wish it had is a gas gauge
Congratulations! I wish it had a gas gauge too 😭😭😂
Getting this bike later this year and absolutely cannot wait. How do you like it
I love and enjoy the bike. Even though I haven’t pushed it to its full potential. I can say it has brought me a lot of joy. Just took me awhile to adept & get used to
Beautiful color scheme, mine is gunmetal and white.
Your bike has 3 modes too. A B C, if it sits outside a lot. Get a brake fluid res sock.

Congrats on the new ride! A fender eliminator and an M4 shorty slip on will look great on it. Give it a better sound too.
That’s my plan l. I wanted to keep the exhaust stock. But, I need to have more sound!
everyone does that....which is why I'm keeping mine stock

No gas gage, No quick start, No ABS, No traction control, No digital display. You should of gotten a 1000R. GRAND SUPREME of the Gxxxer family.
Raw power brother
Motorcycles like this don’t need that kind of technology
I agree with you.
This is 2023.
Seriously how cheap (and lazy) is Suzuki !
Disgusting treatment of its customers.
No different model year 750 or 600 GXSR have this ?
The 600 & 750 is pretty much the same. 750 is a little heavier & faster
