Whose tourist would like to visit myanmar when ur country is waging a war.. War everyday. Tourist love to visit a place where there's peace and good atmosphere only. Hope ur country be free from such dangerous war and restore peace in near future. 🙏🤠🙏
There is homeless by the railway station but it's low key.i love Burma, as a tourist the people just leave you alone to do your thing.hope to get back this year 🙏
Great filming and letting the pictures tell the story. I was there 50 years ago. Driving on the right, yet most of the vehicles, except the sidecars, were righthand drive. Cheers from Bali.
Thank you very much for your kind comment and sharing your insights. That is still the same, except for busses, as you will see in the beginning of the laying Buddha film. Very best wishes to you.
Myanmar is the only country in Asia that have taxis, busses both Right hand and Left hand drive on the road , witness several accidents, not serious during my trip
Thank you for watching. Myanmar cannot afford another crisis. The civil war is a proxy war between China and the West. The losers are the Burmese people. Their government will have to beg for money on the winner side, as it is literally bankrupt. First Covid, now the civil war. Burmese people are the nicest folks one can imagine.
You cannot judge as a tourist. Stay 6 months then underdtsnd the benefit. Very good drinking water,no power failure, good rail and metro travel. Every 3 minutes a train. Good banking system. All electric power cable is underground . Very good highways. But negative side is high price of housing, very traffic jam, most ordinary people lives outside BMC.

In international news, we see that there is a fight between 2 groups and the opposition is taking over Myanmar....But in your vedio i see there is no fighting rather a peaceful, busy country😊
We never encountered military. It was indeed very peaceful. But when talking to people they would always emphasize on the difficulties. As many „small“ countries Myanmar is subjected to geopolitical board games with one side supporting/finacing the government or regime and the other the opposition or rebels. This conflict is not fueled from inside, but fueled by surrounding superpower to ensure access to resources and transport.
Many people a very happy to be filmed and smile back. If someone forbids the filming I don’t use the material. It happens very very rarely. Very best wishes.
baraitpacker must be a blind person, judging from his comment. Unless he never went to Yangon, it has more beggars and homeless than you can shake a stick at. I was just there for a month last month, my tenth or so visit. Myanmar is my favorite of the 80-85 countries I’ve been to. And Yangon is blessed with the military junta’s edict of no motorbikes!
I have been to 96 countries. Still counting. I quite liked the people of Myanmar. No many beggars. Rather social and kind I must say. The ruling class is as any ruling class.
I'm glad there's no tourists,it was getting too much, Burmese people are very polite, kind and respectful,I saw people coming who would take advantage of that and change it all
it is sad for what has happen there, hopefully one day it will get better and they open up the country again, we have some Burmese friend that say that it is even more beautiful than thailand , untouched and natural
Thank you for watching. Myanmar (No. 137) is less densly populated than most countries in Europe. These people try to make a living. Also I must say that the poverty didn’t hinder them to help each other. There are beggars, but the locals bring them food and talk to them friendly. I don‘t see that in the US or in Europe. Burmese people have big hearts and show empathy and compassion.
