Lysandre: the villian who got killed off in all of his appearances, from impalement to obliteration by squiggly
he never got killed lol
The version that we saw in usum was the one that was successful in using that weapon, whilst the versions that we saw in game (y specifically), anime and manga, all died
There might be the chance he survived in X since he tried to give us immortality when he fired the weapon at the base (it's kinda open-ended), but that kinda makes it worse, considering IF he was buried alive. >_

Honestly feels like a missed opportunity to get an even heavier story line than B&W because That one questions the ethics of the very game you play. This one questions humanities very existence. Saying that humanity has overstayed its qelcome and brought a beutiful natural world down to its knees with wars, greed and over industrialization. They missed such a chance here for a deeper story than what we got.
Don't think no one noticed that you made the audio-track colored orange to look like fire. :P

Best Pokemon villian, period. "Y'all mind if I commit a global genocide and kill over 6-7 billion people to purify and beautify the world and purge it's filth?" I didn't understand just how metal he was back in 6th grade when I played it 😂😂
I forget exactly what he says but 9 year old me completely glossed over the fact he just said out of knowwhere he wanted to "clean the world of it's impurities" or something at one point

Why all pokemon metal cover are the best?
Because Pokemon is a game oriented around battles. Metal covers tend to invoke a feeling of aggression that works to either increase battle spirit, make one feel powerful/intimidating or give off an intimidating feel.
With the added orchestral, the themes FalKKonE makes are extremely awesome.

This sounds so cool! Lysandre has to be my all time favorite pokémon villain. Well he's not really a villain because he's trying to help the world by getting rid of people who abuse it. This theme is also my favorite theme because it portrays how badass he is, even though he was beat real easily.

Out of all the enemy teams each Pokémon trainer faces in each game. I think Team Flair & Lysandre have the best theme songs.
This cover was defiantly needed, I love the original, then this popped up in recommended and I was like, "I'll listen to this" and fell in love, its a great song to listen to while playing video games
This is sooooo suitable for a darker, more serious version of the series. And yeah, there're two of the things I love - Pokemon and Metal - combined.
