Food Pyramid returns to Lunch Lab Live with a shocking announcement: he's retiring! Never fear, Lunch Labbers, Pyramid has brought along his fresh-faced replacement, the new Food Plate 🍽️

Everyone's personal health is different, but here are a few general tips:
🥗 Try to make at least half of your daily meals fruits and veggies. More colors = more healthy (and more delicious)!
🌾 Whole grains are best, like oatmeal or whole-wheat bread.
🫘 Protein builds strong muscles, but it comes from more than just meat: beans, peas, and lentils count towards protein AND vegetables in your daily servings!
🥛 Choose milk, yogurt, or cheese to keep your bones and teeth healthy (lactose-free or fortified soy versions are good options too). Dairy products with little calcium and extra fat/sugar like ice cream don't count!
