I want to spend this year giving myself a lot of self love, focusing more on God and also preparing for my future husband. I want to become a virtuous woman. I am feeling myself maturing and growing in ways I never expected. I see things differently now. I had a huge wake up call and it brought me a lot of pain, but honestly it gave me so much peace once I let it all go and began healing. Now I feel so free. I feel like being the best version of myself I can be For God for myself and for my husband.

I stop eating chicken and meat and it has reduce my weight and tommy. My arthritis has gone in my left knee which has for over 6 months this has only been a month i am so happy more energy to cope may God just preserve us.
