She is underwhelming compared to the rest of the cast, there are only a very few Asuka pros on the leaderboards, everyone agrees she is a low-tier/honest character, to climb the high ranks you really need to be very, very good with her by using all her kit, and her tools are hard to use. It's not like other characters that you can spawn some moves and reach Tekken God Supreme... Just play with her and see how slow she is, that why she hits like a truck when she launches someone and doing her moves that has a very strange rhythm that can easily drop the combo if you miss the right frame.
