- We left our huskies Kakoa & Sky Home alone with Two Golden Retrievers (Sammie & Summer) We were on vacation in Idaho and left the house for about 45 minutes to get groceries, what they did in the mean time was hilarious… Leave a like on this vid if you think Kakoa and Sky are still good girls

I feel like we think dogs are less lonely if they have other dogs around while we're gone, but it looks like they're all still bored just waiting for a human to arrive lmao 😂
Maybe, but from what I can tell, he also left them with nothing to do. No balls to chase around, ropes to fight over, or any other toys. Any dog would get bored under those circumstances.
@@felkeyfelkey837 Responsible dog owners shouldn't really ever leave their dogs with toys unsupervised. Sure, most of the time nothing happens, but there is always a chance that an unsupervised dog with a toy could harm themselves, especially if they're very destructive with those toys and tear them into pieces, as some dogs just are prone to do. It could be dangerous, and then there is no owner around to be any the wiser.
@@Horsecrazy0814 If anything, it's worse leaving them with nothing to do. You get a bored dog, especially one that likes to chew, they'll find some way to relieve that boredom. If it's not a toy, it could be your couch, rug, dining room set, maybe they dig through the trash. The fuzz/stuffing/wood splinters/trash from any of those getting into your dog would be far worse than any decent dog toy. Just don't leave them edibles or anything that could be swallowed whole.
@@felkeyfelkey837 AMEN despite the toys, my lab liked to chew a hole in the wall, chewed the baseboard, bottom of kitchen cupboards, but in the end, past the puppy age, she turned out to be the best dog EVER .. we had a lot of patience ,... do not leave your dog alone too long l0l
@@soniadowney7427 my last dog was so easy, she basically didn't need training. She house trained in like a week, never chewed anything (so we didn't have to train her not to chew), didn't bark inside, and just loved everyone. There were rare occasions we had to leave her alone in the house (free roam, no crate, no baby gates, nothing) for 12+ hours. The house was always fully in tact, but damn did she need to go out. She was the best and I miss her....
The two Goldens were trained well. They never went up to the couch even if the huskies did. You can tell they were worried when the huskies went upstairs. The huskies are bad influence. 🤣

No, not smart. 😀 If smart they wouldn't have messed with the gate at all like the Real smart one who stayed on the couch like a good boy. I'm in my feels because my baby does the same think. I put up the gate and she will find the tiniest space to squeeze her 5.3 pound body through. I'm like I put up the gate for a reason!

What our dogs doing at home:
Imagination: runs around, ripps everything apart including the couch, playfully(or not?) fighting with other dogs, steals every food from everywhere possible.
Reality: walks around, maybe finds other places to walk around, then lies down.
Lol. My doggos... Sometimes they are quiet when I let them home alone. Pure little angels. But sometimes... OH APOCALYPSE

The goldie trying to jump over the wall caught me off guard. I had to pause the video because I couldn’t stop laughing. Even now I’m still giggling about it.
I’ve had many Regrievers and finally got my first husky and I’m never going back! Huskies are incredibly smart with a touch of wildness one can’t own one without respecting their freedom, intelligence, and beauty. I will continue to ALWAYS have a husky and sorry but retrievers night longer interest me......... well an English golden retriever is still intriguing and a great family dog, but I honestly think my husky has brought my kids more joy and mischief than any of my retrievers ever had........ point is, I waited 20 years to get a husky because I’ve read so many comments saying “don’t get one! They are too wild! Not for the inexperienced owner! You need a huge yard! Etc etc” well I finally said screw it and got one. Best dog I’ve ever owned! And mine will run freely in my woods all day long and he always comes back when called (I may have to give this credit to my retrievers lol maybe he just follows them home?) and I’m just so glad I went with my instinct and got one! Basically, if your a good parent you’ll be a great dog owner. If your a person that makes your kids sit in front of the tv screen all day and doesn’t like to do activities, then you shouldn’t have any dog.
I do have to say I don’t think a husky would do well without another dog or without kids....... but if you have a filled house like me, a husky would be a perfect fit! They are sociable and love everyone and they love activities.

At the doggy daycare the golden retrievers hung out together in their own little separate group. Some new arrivals had showed up, golden retrievers. They all looked amongst each other approvingly of the new arrivals, they're just like us. It was a funny video on our local news. They knew they were better than everybody else.

I have Huskeys , one time they dug under the fence and went into the neighbors house thru thier doggie door while everyone was at work .They came home to them laying on the sofa.. hehehe, I was on my way home when he called me..He was a good sport about it..I now have railroad ties all along the fence line ..lol

Sky IS the Instigator! lol Love how you had one of that, two followers and one hall monitor. Totally a study in canine group dynamics. But not a single toy in sight. What's up with that? Guaranteed ticket to boredom, which can only lead to trouble. But we never got to see what the kids got up to upstairs, so the trouble remains a mystery.
Other dog TH-camrs I follow are Sherpa, K'eyush the Stunt Husky (Sherpa's bff), Nephew Nook (actually Sherpa's younger uncle), Doggy Daycare Farm Trips (#1 in Australia, run by a former Aussie SEAL), Crusoe the Dachshund (also Daphne & Oakley), Moonpie Starbox, and What About Bunny (also Otter).
Ideas from them: talker buttons (Bunny & Otter), dating (Oakley), makeup (Daphne), tea party (Daphne), bank robbery (Crusoe, Oakley, Daphne), RV camping trip (Crusoe, Daphne), survival in the woods (Oakley), travel (Crusoe, Oakley, Daphne, Sherpa, Bunny), library (Crusoe, Oakley). Moonpie Starbox and Daphne at Crusoe's channel do the most girly stuff. Moonpie and her sister are ALWAYS in dresses. Not sure that would be right for your girls, but maybe try them on for a minute by minute fashion show. Crusoe & Daphne have also done Home Alone, a bit more exciting & movie-based. Crusoe's family actually builds cardboard sets & filmed the bank robbery at multiple locations, incl a Toyota dealership (teller counter) and an old Cold War era vault that looks impervious.
