ESD- San Diego CCC LET2/Pak-Mor Rear Loader on Trash

- My first Pak-Mor! (On film that is) As a San Diegan I never had the opportunity to film a Pak-Mor, well I did once but the drivers said no and that's another story. Every time I went to go film a Pak-Mor I would always lose it, or I went looking in an area where greens weren't collected that week. I thought for a long time that I had a curse on me. "TheTrashman97 shall never film a Pak-Mor"! Until one day I was driving through Mission Valley and I noticed a Pak-Mor off in the distance zooming down a hill. So I quickly took a U-turn and went to find it. I was surprised to find it tipping carts on trash in a condominium area, not to mention I was surprised that the area had ESD as their trash hauler and not some private hauler.
Anyways, this is one of ESD's newer CCC LET2/Pak-Mor. I've done some research and looked through extensive videos of most ESD Pak-Mors that have been uploaded on TH-cam and this truck is the newest. Also notice how this truck doesn't have sign boards like the others?
The crew was very nice, speedy and very comical at times. I would definitely film them again. Hope you all enjoy, more Pak-Mor videos will be coming from me in the future because let me just tell you these things are amazing in person. Just the music these trucks makes is just amazing.

Good stuff, the ESD Pak Mors are awesome trucks but the crew really makes the whole package complete, not a single wasted movement. Nice vid!

hahaha good ol' ESD with that class that only ESD will ever have...the door trick, their usual speed, Chargers memorabilia all over, and Beats by Dre lol too good. I dig the wheels on this truck, so so nice. Great filming and super cool upload :)

Awesome job my friend!! This truck is beautiful and makes beautiful noises!! Hope you get more of this crew, this crew was pretty chill and at some points funny. It is always nice to get crews that are like this, then we have drivers that say no. I love how the driver just flew out the cab @ 3:34 just like WMmaster626 said. Wow, awesome find. Really high quality video. Interesting area - like you said, would have thought it would be done by a private hauler. Cool how the driver dumps the smaller carts into bigger carts to save time, and the manual dumps. Definitely entertaining. Weird how they just put a For Sale sign in the window lol like one of the condo residents might want to buy it haha. Really entertaining, glad you found them!

ahh awesome video bro!! Very fast RL, gotta love that. Looks like a newer route especially with so many rehrigs. Not used to that lol These guys are also VERY efficient. One does the tipping and once he's done with one bin, the second guy already has the next bin open and ready to tip. Also love how the driver just went FLYING out the cab around 3:44 haha What were they playing with at 4:18? 6:00 was a nice shot. And wow - that ending shot was amazing. Great work again bro! Easily the most entertaining RL vid I've ever watched!!

Anyways, I don't feel like this would be a newer route, although the houses in this neighborhood look quite newer compare to most houses in this part of town. So it could be idk... but as far as those older toters go idk how new it is because they haven't given those out in quite some time. I also really liked how this crew was very fast and efficient. And yes that shot of him flying out of the cab was pretty awesome. Although I feel like CCC could construct or install a lower level feature where the door can get propped open and you can just step in and out of the cab like the Xpeditor line instead of having to open and close the door and also climbing back into the cab to continue on with the collection.
What they're playing with at 4:18 seems to be a shoe. Really liked that shot how I got some humor out of them, and thank you, I also agree with the shot at 6:00. What kind of annoys me sometimes is when people film rear loaders they never get a shot of the cab, well mainly because all the action is at the back but I mean at least include a shot or two of the cab and expose the whole body of the truck. Although that shot I wasn't intending that it would have taken that long. So that's why It was cut kind of short and it just starts back up in the next clip of the cans collecting the remaining of the cans in the next shot. Haha that's what I was saying, "how much you want to sell it for?" Find it quite interesting because that truck is relatively new and it has a couple more years until the city puts it up for auction. But I guess the crew thought it was funny and put it up in the cab. Thank for the comment :)
