    sir whats the importance of land mark of umbilicus?

      From a very basic perspective, it just shows you where you are in the abdomen. That said, it would be good if one knew the organs at the level of the umbilicus.
      Level - L3/L4 disc
      Structures - Duodenum, proximal part of the jejunum, often the ilium as well, transverse colon, greater curvature of the stomach, body of the pancreas, ascending and descending colon on both sides, inferior poles of both kidneys.

    35:55 is head of FEMUR, not humerus.
