Getting to BTO twice isn't as good as it sounds. The MOP for both flats eat up too much time.
Yeah so depends on income and wealth allocation
Those who have hdb should not be allowed to have second property
technically the occupier doesn’t own the hdb
Which BTO project 15 year MOP?
15 years is including construction wait, assuming it takes 5 years to build
