I don’t believe they want to do this makeover because it’s free like you said on one of the prior shows! I absolutely believe they do it just like I would! we all get lost within ourselves & just LIFE! Identity crisis time! I used to compete in modelling when I was young but today after the forties then fifties now the sixties people have a tendency to treat you like your invisible! IM NOT INVISIBLE! I want to look & feel fantastic in myself! more times than not, I just don’t! I find people really do not listen to me or really look at me! It’s thee best time of my life I want to feel great inside and look great on the outside too! We need help just like this show now and then! I think it should be expanded to something bigger... there’s just too many lost people that truly NEED help! This is a great thing you do! I Love it! Thank You! “L”)

I guess i never have a problem with self esteem..but these makeovers are a great boost for these beautiful ladies! ..Its like they discover how beautiful they are! ..Sometimes they do not even recognize themselves! ..Awesome! ..Hope they keep believing they are just gorgeous before and after!!!

I always love this segment but I feel like Arsen Gurgov is the only person who can do fantastic haircuts for the lovely ladies. The hairs are old fashioned, the blow wave didn't give much volume, not very flattering to the ladies' face shape, basic styles and don't go with their new modern looks. I usually love all makeovers despite people at the comment section having harsh opinions about them, but this is just not very good. I've noticed that when Arsen isn't doing their hair, their hair don't look that good. I still love this segment and the team though. I love the Today show and the anchors are funny and fab 💖💖💃🏻💃🏻😘😘

Whoever is doing the makeup always gets the foundation color wrong. They always look ghostly white...ashy...kinda greyed out. Example, the second lady.
