in my view you should think first where would you reinvest after exiting. if you know you may exit today as well, as sector 10/12 market is 70% on peak, last two folds are remaining one when Godrej will launch at 15K and last when Metro will be operational (around 4-5 years). so if you are getting deal of 11-12K, it is good deal or can wait up-to 12K, beyond this your wait will not give positive return based on time.
It is far better to exit now as I can see fusion have the worst layouts in the segment and it will be a fail on day when it comes to possession you can re invest with the small player like eros sampoornam or big players like prestige.
Better to do investment in other sectors apart from Real Estate where ROI is less than 5% . If you want to enter in Real Estate investment choose your home towns OR choose Pune ,Bangalore, HYD, or MAH instead of Delhi-NCR where builders are unwantedly increasing the prices every week.👿
