I think at 2014 and 2015 nobody was better than AJ. His matches, his reigns, his opponents (I don't put him on the top today for this reason specifically) and all the rest he makes. I respect your opinion and I agree about how hard is to select any of the four to be the ''best'', but I think that's Okada's year. He was amazing, simpliously amazing.
Tanahashi, Ishii, Kushida, Will Ospreay, Takahashi, Michael Elgin, Suzuki, and even Ibushi are all better than AJ right now. He doesn't come close to any of these guys. In 2014 and 2015 he was great, but to say he was better than Shibata, Nakamura (especially in 2015), Ibushi, and Tanahashi is quite crazy. Although he was injured for most of his run there, he was never really the best.
