Only mistake is that chymotrypsin and Trypsin don't cut if immediately after is Proline. So at 17:57 the Leucine won't be cut because there is Proline immediately after it.
Hey Yusuf, wanted to thank you for making these videos, they help significantly with learning the material. I was wondering if a mistake was made with trypsin and peptide bond cleavage, does it not cleave the carboxyl end of arginine (R) and not aspartate? At around 16:20?
Could you make a video or direct me to one of your videos explaining how to use ANKI? And do you provide or have good sets on these topics? Thank you so much!! your videos are helping me get through these Kaplan books!
Hey Yusuf! First off thank you so much for making these videos! I did want to ask one thing though; at around 14/15 min of the video, you drew serine and glutamine, but I believe you drew asparagine instead of glutamine due to the number of carbons. Please correct me if I am wrong!

These videos are so helpful, youre a fantastic teacher!

13:28 is Asparagine. I think in Part 1 too, you miss a carbon for both Asparagine and Glutamine.
4:35 the most godlike flex I've ever heard in my life!

you are right he drew asparagine
Would you recommend I have a good understanding of organic chemistry before reviewing biochemistry?
