In Missouri they have the Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline.
The Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline was created in 1972 when voters approved article 5, section 24 of the state constitution. The new article, subsequently amended in 1976, established the commission as an independent state agency responsible for investigating complaints against justices and judges on the Supreme Court, court of appeals, circuit and associate circuit courts, municipal courts and members of judicial commissions.

Why do people believe certain people such as cops judges and prosecutors breaking the law is different than you or me breaking the law? I know it’s hard to break what the government trained you to believe but you have to drop the trained idea of what happens in certain situations … at one point blacks couldn’t do this or that and we know now that was wrong… currently judges cops and prosecutors can break the law with impunity but at some point in the future we will know that’s wrong and not allow it… it’s just as wrong now as it will be in the future wether you agree or not

@@silascz3535 No the problem is the officers. If an attorney has a superior tells them to "violate someone's rights" the state bar requires that the attorney act within their own knowledge and will not excuse you for following orders. How do you think Nazi Germany came into existence? - it was people like these officers. Not one officer has any back bone - Police and Judges and district attorneys are separate departments for a reason - the Judge is not their boss.

@@eroccha You are arguing about how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, my good man. The problem is that many people are not smart, they are lazy, and they are generally dull. So the only way they can operate is to follow very simple instructions. These officers are a perfect example, dullards, the lot of them. And while the "judge" is also dull in the IQ department, he is highly trained and in a position that imposes a much higher bar for his conduct. He acted as a tyrannical dictator, well exceeding his authority. That is outrageous, plain and flat. The dullard cops just don't know any better than to follow simple commands. So their behavior is reprehensible, but not outrageous to the same degree and the "judge". Distinctions matter.
