There are many wonderful things RC has done in the the last 15 years. But can't replace the sound of that RR Merlin.

Used to be a great show, mostly because of the interesting visiting pilots from the EU. All looks a bit ordinary now.

G’day and greetings from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺 I was making scale model aircrafts in my teens right up until the megahertz was changed rendering my Futarbara useless then I didn’t go back to it. I am 65 now and the aircrafts are beautiful and the engines and radio set up are unbelievable the technology that goes into them is something else. How hard are the planes like Pilots to fly ? I have subscribed and look forward to watching the videos, kind regards John
A friend dared me to take off an 80” Piper Cub at sunset, so I did. Darkness was nearly instant, so I gave a little UP elevator, 1/4 throttle, and spent 15 minutes getting it back over a very narrow field! Once it appeared in 4 sets of headlights, hit it with a spotlight, and landed with any damage. 😳🤣

Martin, I purchased a 35% extra 300 that has a DA-100L in it, never had gas in it. Im converting the plane to electric, where is a good place to sell the motor? Ill take 400$ USD for it!!!
