- The controversy surrounding AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Mailwal being assaulted and thrashed at CM Arvind Kejriwal’s residence peaked Friday following an FIR that was lodged on the basis of Malilwal’s complaint. Maliwal has accused Kejirwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar of slapping, kicking and threatening her. Meanwhile, in a 52 second video clip, viral on social media, Maliwal is heard arguing the CM’s security personnel that she would not be leaving the spot and that she has already called the police. a law maker reports and files FIR about an incident that happened to her in the residence of CM by his assistant, which acknowledged by another senior leader of party and yet, the assistant accompanies the CM, who himself is out on a temporary bail. I must say this leader and party who claimed to be common man, have turned out to be nightmare of common man. hope all these incidents will catch up and finally delhi will have new CM by next january
If those charges are proven than Kejariwal us dead and buried, his image will be finished forever, i don't remember such incident happening in any cm resident, imagine if it would have happened in yogi residence all media would be up in arms for his head

Interestingly Swati Maliwal was the chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) from 2015 to 2024. And she was also the former PA to Arvind Kejriwal. At present she is a serving MP in Rajya Sabha . If a woman like Swathi faced such a brutal assault in the chief ministers residence and by the PA to chief minister , what will be the case of laymen women in Delhi. ?.Does it raise serious concerns. ?

kejriwal is a physically weak person, he needs some muscle if ever he wants physical intimidation to make party workers toe the line.This time, it went little out of hands, b'coz of elections and him having very less time before going back to jail, they couldn't completely cover it up. They will come up with a nice story in few days, and then it will be Business as Usual for 'em.

The question is why an AAP leader will complain to police even if she is insulted and assaulted in another AAP leader's house.
