- I love roast beef...Who doesn't...But a foot long roast beef sandwich accompanied by a mountain of potato products so big you could probably insulate your loft with it?
Today I'm at Moorlands in Halifax, taking on their 'Ultimate Scooby Snack'. Technically a 'pay to play' so there's no free meal on the house here if you win, but you do get a free dessert, and you know I love that.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

it was all great....well...i mean, you know me and chips, but I enjoyed it...apparently they cook the beef for like 6 hours or something which probably helps haha

This is probably the dumbest challenge yet, they could have made it multiple sandwiches and some drinks instead, with maybe a serving of curly fries.
I don't know much about food challenges but 3 servings of potato seems incredibly uncreative.

This is a dumb challenge. That sandwich looks ridiculously easy to eat for anyone with a moderate appetite. But they give you like five sacks of potatoes worth of fries.

It's funny you said that started out as a 'platter for 3'. I went to a sit down deli restaurant in Toronto once with my wife and I ended up ordering something called the 'family deli meat platter'. It was basically a bunch of deli meats, bread slices, pickles and maybe cole slaw. I had to ask the waitress for more bread (I was making sandwiches out of the meat), but I ate the whole thing. I wonder if they ever made it into a challenge.
I have been in the hospital for 4 months on a liquid diet this is torture. Great video Mr Beard as usual
