Ghatkopar Hoarding Accident: The Mumbai police crime branch on Thursday arrested Bhavesh Bhinde - the owner of the company whose hoarding collapsed on a petrol pump in Ghatkopar killing 16 persons - from Udaipur. Bhinde had been missing since Tuesday when the hoarding collapsed and his mobile phone had been switched off.

The govt should know that such big hoardings should not be permitted in busy areas where people move always. The rules and regulations should be changed for sanction of such big hoardings.Details of sanctioning authorities should be mentioned at an approachable place of the hoardings.nowadays we are seeing big hoardings every where. During thunder storms, they may fall causing such incidents.
