Nehemiah, I am sorry about Fresh Market! Seriously it's hard to find anyone who has great work ethic and those who do definitely deserve a raise every year . Every retail place they are supposed to give their employee some kind of raise yearly period. Kudos looking elsewhere because that doesn't sound like a place who appreciates his employment. Jacob such a free spirit and full of sunshine ! I can relate going off track lol 🌻 Malcolm, I also have to really think for awhile wondering how I advocate for myself

I myself with ADHD and Asperger's, I have had ups and downs with jobs here and there but I promise Nehemiah , he will find a perfect job someday where he'll thrive . We all deal with the bad jobs and then some are pretty decent, adulthood fun fun lol Anyways y'all are very important to many and deserve to be told what good you do because we all matter and like Malcolm ,the advocate question still for me is not easy to answer . You have a wonderful week as well 🌻
