Personally, I really am not a fan of this version of “what if X country didn’t exist“ because it’s physically removing geography, which would change too many things and a lot of those changes wouldn’t even be because the country doesn’t exist, but because the landmass doesn’t exist

modern Germany not existing has some major implications on roman era politics, the lowlands would be small gallic islands, the huns would be bottled to the east, rome has more resources to divert to other regions like Britannia or Persia and the massive economic boons of a large sea in central Europe for fishing communities means there would be a lot more established fishing peoples in eastern Europe making Dacian expansion much more lucrative

There is also the effect of a more temporate Baltic climate because the Baltic current would go further South so it could bring more warmth to Finland and Sweden. Lots of major *geographical* changes if this or that land mass had never existed--like the Indian subcontinent's non-existence would have meant that the Himalayas never existed either. What's now Tibet would probably just have sloped gradually down to the Indian Ocean--except that it wouldn't be called the Indian Ocean any more!
But culturally? Not so much, I think. All the famous people mentioned as never having existed would still have existed, but just in some other place. For example, if Austria had never existed, Hilter would still have been born--he'd have just been born wherever his parents wound up living instead (Poland? Czechia? Germany itself?) rather than in a non-existent Austria. Same with all the other people named.

No Nintendo (the entire reason Nintendo exists is because of playing cards being brought to Japan by the Portuguese)

No naval development and cartography for the other European countries

I think the country that would change the world the least if it never existed is New Zealand. It was only colonized by natives relatively recently like 1500 years ago, and only discovered by western nations like 300 years ago or something. It’s also only had a somewhat minimal role in history since. Would things be different without it, sure, but not as different as any other nation.

If there are no germanic tribes to defeat Rome, it would have changed history too much to guess. No India, what would have happened to Alexander the Great? Again, I think to drastic of a change to guess. No Mexico means South America would be similar to Australia in terms of isolation and unique animals compared to the other continents.
