Jaggery factory / गुर्हाळ

Throughout the last week I was at Mhasurli ,my native place In Kolhapur district .I had a chance to witness the process of making a Gud i.e.Jaggery. I have video graphed the full process for information of you all.It is called “गुर्हाळ “in Marathi .you will definitely enjoy the full process.
