This is a great video lol, very easy to pick up straight to the point; Simply put (correct me if im wrong please) say you have to write an essay to your professor it goes like: Data in Use is you typing up the essay Data in Motion is you sending the essay and data at rest is your professor downloading and storing the easy in order to read it.
