The mancave is good, two gates are fine,the house direction, as Milly said, the guy hajaanza construction on the sunset side may build something that will bring shade or something that may favor you. It may be wise to do a safe directional orientation presented by the architect. Also, Instead of having the parking lot space be that big, You can create two floor parking space with a ramp.. and the extra space be for hosting guests masherehe shenanigans
Having lived in flat roofed houses, pliz ask them what can be incorporated to keep the top rooms from getting really warm. Our African sun is very hot and flat roofed houses can tend to have uncomfortably warm rooms on the top floor. Warm and kinda stuffy. If they can incorporate into the design, what will help mitigate that, it will be great!!

An entrance inside the estate is more preferred and safe in terms of security. In as much as the road behind leads directly from the Tarmac, the inside would work best where its regulated. Probably you have a small gate for foot entrance.
A mancave is very important especially when you need me time or to just relax. Have a large master bathroom and instal the jacuzzi there. Enjoy the journey 🤗

Good job guys. Now to your question. Having two gates/entrances increases security risks and liability. That means 2 sets of guards and security details which might be very expensive. Yaani its not worth it

Get a Jacuzzi instead of a bathtub in your masterbedroom then replace the jacuzzi area with mancave,, in most cases tub is used less ata kushinda shower,, so a jacuzzi will be ideal since its serves more purposes than a tub,

I know this from experience here in the US but when we built ours, we had a model home so we borrowed tons of ideas from the model. Then there’s the flooring, the fixtures, accent walls! It’s A LOT! And even then, it’s still a metamorphosis, a continuous process of making it your own. I agree with you guys @ the natural lighting consideration with regards to the main gate, good job Kabi.
