In this video show how I DIY Build the best Neumann U87 Clone for only $300. The Studio Projects C1 is the cheapest clone of the Neumann U87 and with a small modification from www.mic-parts.com it becomes an amazing sounding mic in its own right. AND very close to the real thing!

I have a few questions; I'm a voiceover artist. So the self noise is important. Do you know what the self noise is for the mod mic? Where do I purchase the C1...and which C1 do you recommend for this modification? Also, could I have the mic and mod kit sent to you directly and pay you to do the modification and then send me the mic? Thanks!
