Hi Richard, Yes, it is a luggage rack. The top case plastic base sits on top of it, with the proper holes drilled. It was custom made using 2 pieces of sheet metal welded together. One of them is a "U" shaped and the other is basically a plate.
Estupidez é não saber ver um conta km's como deve ser...zerado é na parte de baixo em que dá para zerar manualmente quando ele quer para contar as viagens que quiser. :)
