All of Valve's games run on the Source engine, all of which have pretty much the same physics. One of these is bunny-hopping and air-strafing. Air-strafing does not exist in Portal and Portal 2 however.

If said person watches one 5 hours after then that person in a sense is early relative to himself and his usual watch time. So saying that someone cannot be early in this way is invalid.
